Location to train station . Friendly helpful front of desk staff. Complimentary upgrade . Spacious bedroom beautiful bathroom with slippers. Breakfast a variety of fresh fruit , yoghurts, pastries , eggs etc were on offer. A walk to the historic centre was about 800 m but it was scenic with shops and sights so this was never an issue for us Aircon was available in the bedroom

This is my go-to hotel before a flight because it is usually incredibly reliable. The room was great, the check-in process was seamless and staff welcoming and highly professional, and the restaurant was flawless—both the food quality and the service were impeccable.

The only issue was an unusual frustrating lack of accountability at checkout. I always request a 4:00 AM taxi the night before. This time, it wasn't there. When I asked the clerk, he told me he would call it right away. However, when I pointed out that it is normally waiting for me, he changed his story and claimed he had already called earlier. The oversight itself happens, but the contradictory excuses were disappointing and resulted in a 10-minute delay. When you are on a tight schedule for a flight, every minute matters

A convenient location for the train station and tourist bus. A distance to old Bologna. A nice breakfast. Consistent WiFi. The room was very clean.

A distance to old Bologna. The reception staff seemed inexperienced, rushed and unable to understand requests. We should have had slippers and a kettle. These were requested although one pair of slippers at first which was surprising as there were two of us. A comfortable bed. Disappointing that their plumber had to fix our toilet which stopped flushing. Had a temporary fix first and then the following day was permanently sorted. The fire alarm went off and I rang reception to see what was happening and no one answered. We used the fire exit to walk down to reception only to find no information as reception didn’t know what had happened. We were very shocked that there was nobody on each floor reassuring guests. We certainly wouldn’t consider staying here again. Customer service poor.
