That you don't include Breakfast ! Its Tough times for everyone and would be a lovely gesture if Skylon were to review that policy. Otherwise than that ,enjoyed my stay.

The room was very clean and tidy. The location was very good. All staff were helpful and pleasant.

I thought the breakfast was included but when I checked in was told it wasn’t.

Comfy beds, Rituals products in the bathroom, minibar and kettle.

Bit far from city center, 1 night without water in the room due to a technical problem (hotel have offered us the parking though)

Room was fine, two single beds and a double, plenty of space.

Everything was good

Staff were excellent, very helpful and very friendly. Gave us good advice on local travel including a day trip to an island we would not of thought of visiting. Breakfast was a real experience, the bacon was thick and the sausages were delicious. There was unlimited tea and coffee and plenty of staff around to bring toast, fill buffet etc. would recommend the breakfasts.

When we arrived we were allocated a room that already had people in it (quite embarrassing). Then our room was not clean, there was a bottle with cigarette ends in behind the curtain. The rooms were also very warm even with the heating off and it was too noisy from the road noise if you had the window open.

Breakfast could have prepared better. Scrambled eggs were too solid Brown bread wasn't the best But the friendly service made it better

250 chf per night - quality vs. value was NOT fair at all. very expensive for what it is, far from central area. it’s premises including the bed size was small and decoration outdated. located right next to a loud street. breakfast not included in the standard fees.

When we arrived we couldn't pay with cash , and was not told this before arriving which was a disappointing start. 😕 staff weren't very helpful .
