Great hotel. Great location and friendly staff.

Nice hotel, close to the event we were attending.
Room was very good with a comfortable bed. Liked the rain shower head in the bathroom.
Reception staff were very friendly, as were all the staff we encountered.
Breakfast was the usual fare served up in most hotels, no complaints there.

Staff were fantastic from the start, every member we encountered were very cheerful and so pleasant. Food was fabulous and the atmosphere in the restaurant and bar was so lovely. Will definitely be back.

Hotel is really nice. Staff is kindly and helpful. Breakfast is in English style but you can choose wide range of different kind of vegetable and fruits. Very good place for stay.

location is excellent for an early flight. food is outstanding; dinner and breakfast were fantastic, great value, great flavor. rooms are very clean and comfortable. and to top it off the staff were exceptional; friendly and helpful; an absolute pleasure to be in the Shannon springs hotel from check in to check out. would 100% recommend

A very minor issue with espresso/cappuccino machine milk dispenser not properly functioning at breakfast. No big thing.
