The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner was a big plus, giving the fact I prefer my room temperature cooler than the average people.
The receptionist was amazing: very helpful and patient.
WiFi speed wasn't great (this is applicable for a room on the 3rd floor - the router may be located on the 1st one, based on its name), but I wasn't dependent of it so no big deal.

The hotel provided complimentary snacks and coffee, which were replenished all day long.
The pillows in the room were too thick and hard but that's just a matter of personal preference so I would not hold a grudge against the hotel.

We had a room at the front of the building with a lovely balcony. Room spacious, building an old building, with high ceilings and in general a very nice atmosphere. Free coffee and tea available downstairs. Good location, short distance to city centre and river.
Very low entrance to the bathroom, easy to bump your head.

Amazing quiet location, nearby city centre. Some snacks, tea and coffee available 24/7. Plenty of parking spots on the streets nearby. Staff was very kind and helpful. Great for a weekend visit in Russe.

The location is really good if you want to sleep at night 👍 (I used to stay at another hotel in Ruse, also in the centre, and there it was much noisier at night). Here the street is very quiet and at the same time you are close to the city centre. Also, I think we got a better room than we booked, it was very spacious. A bed was really comfortable, so this hotel is great for having a proper rest. And the price was reasonable. There was a coffee machine and some food like croissants in the lobby, thus it was possible to eat something for breakfast, but we chose to go to the restaurant instead. There are several ones nearby, and we were given a discount as hotel guests, which was also very nice. We’ll choose this hotel again if we need to stay in Ruse.
The air conditioner was a little bit noisy but it didn’t disturb us much, as it didn’t have to work all the time.

Great rooms, very comfy and smelling to perfume. Staff is extremely friendly and nice. Location is wonderful. 100% recommending.
