No connecting rooms, furniture and facilities are dated and old, no iron and ironboard in the rom and breakfast a very limited. The hotel is not supposed to be advertised as 5-star. 3 star is the most appropriate. The location is not near the beach.

The security staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The room was really outdated. The bed felt like a cheap spring bed. The staff were rude and unhelpful. How can a 5 star hotel only gives you 2 small bottles of water a day.?

The facilities is old, good value for price.. the staff are very helpful (especially Ms Linh & Ms Quynh) The hotel is located downtown. You walk to Han Market in 15minutes.

1. WiFi was almost non-existent especially in the bedroom. 2. Food was terrible + I’ve seen a rat as big as a cat near the dining room. 3. Horrible smell in the hotel 4. In Booking.com it says, the room includes one-way FREE transport to the airport. I asked about this and was told that I had to pay 150,000 VND. 5. I booked a Deluxe King room. Maybe the room was deluxe 50 years ago, not 2022. 6. The hotel advertised amenities they don’t have e.g salon, gym, sky bar, etc. 7. The garbages being sorted were only few meters away from the hotel.

hotel retained passport without asking. wallpaper in room is coming off walls, internet range will not reach bed without signal dropping out.

Excellent hotel, with spacious and stylish rooms, very good facilities and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. It's located a little way from the seafront and the beach, but that's a very minor quibble: I'd certainly have no hesitation staying there again in future.

Everyone can come in or go out so it is NOT secure.
