Great location and Alex on reception was extremely helpful and welcoming. I was travelling with my family and really appreciated them letting us access our accommodation before our official check in time.
It was a bit noisy with traffic and noise from other apartments. But in a city like Barcelona, you expect noise. We still all slept well while we stayed there.

Apartment was an excellent, the room sizes were great.
The location is close to pretty much everything within an Uber ride, but we walked most places.
Also the views from the roof top terrace were great.
The staff were really nice plus we had a late check in as our flight was delayed and they were more than accommodating.
At the time there were building works outside building a new tram line but that was only on the Friday and the Monday the rest of the weekend was very quite.

uncomfortable beds. bathrooms are tiny and easily flooded by the shower. door to my bedroom scraped against the floor. not enough toilet paper in the property.

Very well located and access to a beautiful terrace, but with limited schedule for access.

The single room was not as big as the advertised photos. The room had no natural lighting and there was a constant chemical smell in the rooms and bathrooms.

The gentleman that greeted us was very welcoming. The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary appliances.

The host is really nice. The location is good, walkable from the beach and La Sagrada Familia.
Super thin walls so we could hear everyone climbing up/down the main staircase. We could even hear the water in the pipes if anyone in the entire building used the water/toilet.

It is quite fine place for a few day visit, nothing too special. Having a kitchen and fridge is nice if you don't want to eat out everyday.

only one very smsll bathroom , wo window which flooded every shower , limited possibility to dry it up . elevator broken up

Very good service (office at ground level), Clean and spacious apartments and enough space in individual rooms. Offered chocolate and water which is really nice and were very patient. Location was really good, a few mins walk away from Sagrada and metro, very worth!
Stairs were narrow and lift was old but hey is all part of the experience!

Upon arrival the property keys were not handed over to us on time. Our family was waiting and this was a horrible experience.
We booked this apartment for one day and checked in on the day, Upon arrival, the lady at the reception was very rude to us.
We were with family and had luggage and we could not go anywhere else.
We paid 150 eur deposit and they said they will return the next day once we leave the place.
The next day, the lady came on our door at 10:00 and asked us to check out. The check out time was 11:00 am.
When we requested them to return our deposit, they straight away refused.
They already had very old beds and one of the bed was crooked already.
They put the blame of the crooked bed on us and withheld our deposit.
I have been booking with booking.com before but this was the worst experience that we had.
Someone should not be exploited, just because they are with a Family and they have no where to go.
This place is a BIG TOURIST TRAP AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO STAY HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE WITH FAMILY OR ELSE THEY WOULD RIP YOU OFF.
