I felt comfortable in this hotel, the rooms are a good size, the view is excellent, the staff is very respectful, helpful and kind, especially the staff who work in the morning shift are very wonderful.
The room's curtains do not block sunlight as other usual hotels do

The room and public areas of this hotel were spotless. Room had everything you would expect and the shower worked well, something that is sometimes an issue.

Noising and smelly aircon. Hard cold floors which means sound from loud neighbours is not dampened. Breakfast is very limited. Only shower in room

It is a hotel with friendly staff that offer clean and nice, quiet rooms at an acceptable price in an otherwise busy and expensive city, so I am quite happy to recommend them.

Good Location, room was a good size, had all the things you need, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities. They supplied soap dispensers in bathroom and shower.

staff were friendly and 24hr manned reception. taxis ordered when requested and arrived promptly. air con was very effective and was needed on such a hot day.
we booked an accessible room as my husband is in a wheelchair. we were not given an accessible room as they were all booked out. he therefore struggled in the bathroom and could not even get into the main room or around the bed. when we asked, we were told we should have been notified about the accessible room not being available. the hotel blamed booking.com. not at all acceptable!!

The hotel was close the Wembley stadium, it was clean and bright. it had all the necessities. The staff were helpful and friendly.
