The hotel is top located in an office building from the 16th floor and higher.
The views over Tokyo are very nice.
Metro and shopping area is on walking distance.
- The hotel is outdated. Carpet, bathroom, finishing is on the level of a 3 star hotel and lower.
- Breakfast and service during breakfast is also on the level of a 2 star hotel. You have to make your table yourself, choice of food is minimal and their is even not a coffee machine. Those who like in the morning a nice cup of coffee, can get only a not to drink black water from a can. Very poor experience.
With some renovation and a better morning approach, this hotel would be again top, as it was in the past.

The location is very convenient close to the core shopping area. The check in desk located level16 and can have a very clear view of Tokyo tower, but the room is the city view.
I have booked 5 nights in different hotels and this is the worst one… not clean at all if you look at their high ceiling window, you can see the dust…

The hotel is in a great location. Lots of shops, restaurants and close to the subway station. The hotel has great view. It is modern and very clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and plenty. The restaurant serves good food.
Rooms are very small. No wardrove or drawers for clothes. If you are staying for long keep that into account. We stayed three nights and kept our clothes in the suitcase.

2. يوجد بالقرب من الفندق على بعد دقيقة واحدة مطعم نيبالي حلال ( اكل هندي )
3. إطلالة الفندق جميلة جدا على برج طوكيو الشهير
1. مساحة الغرفة تعتبر ضيقة بالنسبة للخليجين
2. لا يوجد جم في الفندق
( لديهم خيارات في حال أردت غرفة أوسع وسيحتسب عليها رسوم ..)

Lobby was welcoming. Nice the lobby was not at ground level. Staff were excellent, friendly, efficient and accommodating. Taxi rank just around the corner.
Room size is small for a couple with very little space to place any luggage but it is Tokyo so we did not expect anything bigger.

Location, close to Shimbashi and Ginza area. The staff noticed I forgot my items in the safety box and got it back for me.
Do not expect any extra service like helping with your luggage etc, it is a basic business hotel kind. Room and carpet looks a bit old, some tiles were moulded. Stayed in Roppongi Mitsui garden premier, which was much better.

- really good location in Ginza with good - connections to trains and convenience stores
- nice staff
not the cleanest
had to carry the luggage to the room ourself. would expect them to bring that up for these prices.

Unfortunately my booking didn’t include breakfast, but I am still staying at the same hotel, same room, and the tour does include breakfast, and it’s fantastic.
A map showing where we are would be a nice thing to provide in the room. It’s a lovely hotel.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, nice view from 22nd floor. Well equipped room and beverages for free which were filled up every day.
