Great experience! Second time renting this property. No bunk beds. Great for adults! Access to the beach is easy and a gorgeous beach front view!

The neighbors were noisy. I had to ask them to stop slamming the door a couple of times. Once they checked out things were better. The unit could have been cleaner.

We did not enjoy our stay. We got to the property early asked if we could get in, request denied said the unit wasn’t ready due to cleaning . When we received the door code at 4pm the unit still had sand all over the floor along with dust bunnies and a dead cricket. The unit smelled musky not clean. With COVID protocol I would have thought the unit would have been thoroughly cleaned. The baseboards looked like they haven’t been wiped down in quite some time. The dryer would not dry a load of clothes. This was very frustrating trying to keep towels and swimsuits washed and dried for 7 days! One of the bathtubs would not drain. This is an old unit that needs upgrades and repairs for the price they rent it for. You can rent the penthouse suite much nicer and roomier for $1k more. The Lazy Day Cabana service was not accommodating either very rude!

Excellent location and condo was as described. The only issues were the TV in the living area is not functioning as it should. The volume doesn’t work. The dryer takes for ever to dry so start laundry early it will have to run two or three times to dry a load of towels. The mattresses are extremely firm. The kitchen is fairly well stocked. The pool is not heated but the kids didn’t mind. Over all nice property nice size but could definitely use some updates.

We enjoyed the tranquility and amenities of the resort. We also were able to visit several of the surrounding areas attractions. Overall, our encounter was exceptional!

The property is a little run down in general such as rusty main door at our unit, old, worn carpet in unit, and a weird noise in the toilet. The wifi is excellent, pools great, beach great. Have to use a code for pool/beach access which is annoying.

Our rental process was great. However, the condo itself was not what we expected. It needs major updating. Doors were off of the laundry closet, furniture is old, plywood under the couch pillows. Storage was ridiculous because owners has closets locked. We would not stay at this particular unit again especially for what we paid.

Very spacious and amazing views, directly on the beach. We will stay here again. Would have liked for it to have been cleaner. It looked at though the carpet might not have been vacuumed.

This place was amazing! Direct access to the beach, within 30 minutes of Destin and Pensacola. Highly recommend as we will be staying again!

The property was very clean, and the condo was really pretty. Our family of seven really enjoyed our visit and will definitely return.

The rental process was easy. The rental agency communicated regularly starting 2 weeks from our vacation.

Easy booking and Check in/out process. Would have liked to be able to control the air conditioning. But overall a good vacation

We have stayed at the Caribbean Resort several times and all the condos have been nice in the past. This was our first time in the condo on the 3rd floor of the resort and it will be our last. Nothing was updated. Including the washer, dryer (takes 2 hours to dry anything), TVs, kitchen, bathrooms and there is carpet in the bedrooms, which is gross in a beach unit. For the money we spent the unit should’ve been better. We will come back to the Caribbean Resort but will not be staying in this until it’s remodeled.

I'll start off by saying there were 9 people who stayed in our condo (ages 65, 62, 55, 37, 36, 16, 13, 2, and 7 months.) Plenty of room for us all. There is not a lot of space in the kitchen for your groceries but we just placed it on the washer and dryer. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (dishes, cookie sheets, pans, pots, blender, food processor, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, ice maker, hug pot for a shrimp boil, knives, silverware, etc.. We didn't see any grilling spatualas but we bought our own. Beds were comfy. Floors could have been cleaner but with all the going in and out its expected. Tv in the double bed room is a little wonky when it comes to trying to get channels but all the other TVs were fine and had clear pictures. The thermostat wouldn't go below 70 (smart on the owner's part) but the ceiling fans in the rooms put off enough wind that we actually ended up a little cold. The balcony looks over the pool and the beach is right there, its perfect I could sit on the balcony and still watch some of the family on the beach playing and in the water. The balcony has plenty of seating and it was nice that the walls of the balcony is glass so I didnt have to worry about the 2 year old throwing a toy through bars or trying to put his head through it The pool is a bit small but it didn't matter as there were plenty of times our group were the only ones in it. It wasn't crowded the whole time we were there. This is a decent building although I found it odd there is no front desk. There is a small office on the 3rd floor but that's it. Carts are available to help you take all your stuff to your condo. Check in and out was easy. There are some thing that are worn like the rug in the living room and one of the bar chairs had some leather missing but besides that everything was great. The 2 year old LOVED the jetted tub! If we ever decide to travel back to Navarre beach we would love to stay in this condo again! Navarre beach was nice. Clear beaches and water. There is little to do on the actual island where the hotel is so you will have to travel at least 10 minutes to fun things. We took advantage of the zoo that's close by. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and the condo.

Our group of four women LOVED this place. Spacious and open. Comfortable beds, and kitchen had everything we needed. Best of all was the million dollar VIEW! Beautiful beach just steps away. Communication from rental company/owner was great. Check in and check out was very simple. We liked having an entry code instead of keeping up with keys. Loved the quiet, relaxing atmosphere of Navarre Beach. This was our first trip to the area, and we all definitely want to come back to this beautiful place.
