スタッフの対応がとても丁寧で質問もわかりやすく説明してくれたので快適に過ごせた！ 部屋も広く綺麗で清潔感のある部屋で畳の匂いを感じながらゆったり過ごせた。

部屋のドアの建て付けが少し悪いのか隙間が出来ていて廊下からの声が普通に聞こえてくるのそこが少し気になった。 食事のビュッフェの料理がなくなっても補充されずにそのまま空の器がずっと置いてあった

I love and enjoyed Japanese tatami room so much! I also love walking to bridge to see beautiful view of the river!

I wish all bath open till 11:00am and check out time should be 11:00am, then we have time to relax in the morning!

The ryokan has a retro feel to it as if you traveled to the middle of the 20th century, so you feel disconnected from the worries of the usual world. There are 3 areas with the pools, so everyone can enjoy hot spring water, my favorite was the one with both indoor and outdoor pools. Our room was quite big and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend not to skip dinner and breakfast, because the food was delicious. This place offers a great chance to experience a traditional Japanese ryokan and try kaiseki. And while me and my friend were there we saw a lot of fireflies near the river on the teritory of the ryokan.

Well, the bathroom and toilet were very small in our room, but it wasn't an issue for us. The wi-fi isn't very strong.

Beautiful, tranquil location with great service, onsens, massages, food, and comfort.

Breakfast and dinner are excellent.

The Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located around 5 mins walk from the main bus terminus.

More English speaking staff .....especially the hostess who showed us to the room and trying to explain the facility time/ etiquette should be more proficiency in English ....
