Had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment. The rooms were amazing and super comfortable. Has everything you need for a great stay. Full kitchen and free laundry facilities. What we loved most was the view. It was stunning!! You don't have interaction with anyone in person for this stay, just messages via the property manager. They did message us checking on our stay, which was great touch.

The apartment was not as clean as we expected when we arrived. Nothing that put us off staying and it was still hygienic. Just some dirt on the floors, and some hairs in bathrooms. We feel perhaps the cleaners just didn't have enough time

There is a lot to like about this apartment. It is set on a hill with a magnificent view over the hills around Airlie Beach, with the sea beyond and the Whitsundays in the distance. It is bright, modern and comfortably well furnished with a lovely balcony. However…

It was seriously let down by a very poor standard of cleaning prior to our arrival. We found dirty cups in the cupboard, with thick dark coffee stains in them. We were able to scrub them clean eventually but we really shouldn’t have had to. The dishwasher was disgusting with food scraps in the bottom and smelled awful. Even when put on an intensive wash, plates etc did not come out clean so we elected not to use it. The extractor fan over the cooker top was broken so that one of the filters fell out when we used it for the first time. We elected not to use that either! One of the single beds had a sheet with a stain, shelving units in the bedrooms were dirty and the shower drains smelly. I sent a message highlighting some of the issues we found to the property manager on the day we arrived via the Booking.com app and had no response - not even an acknowledgment. We were told in the property information that this is a busy unit with back to back bookings. It should, however, be taken out of service for a thorough deep clean as the standard of cleanliness we found is unacceptable.

the location was great, situated just outside town (the hill is a killer but worth the work out) beautiful views from the balcony every morning ☀️ the pool was clean. the neighbours were friendly and respectful.

Very step hill to the accommodation from the centre of Airlie. Not suitable for the unfit person who can't walk up a very step hill every day.

Difficult walk up the hill. Had to spend a lot on taxis, as the climb up the hill in the heat was too hard

Beautifully presented with modern amenities and an outstanding view of Airlie Beach. Brandi was very professional in her communication and support.
