部屋も広くて､朝食も美味しいものでしたし、吹き抜けも広々としたリゾート感があって良かったです。

空調設備が古いのか､温度調節が安定しなくて丁度良い温度にならなかったですね。 周辺の駐車場の料金が高くてびっくりでした。

The hotel is dated. The bathroom had many areas of mold. The area around the window was very moldy.

Easy and seamless check in and check out processes. Good location to get around on foot. Clean, safe, and nice views.

Its location is situated in the city center. Their location was convenient to us as the chuo bus stop going to Niseko was right in front of the hotel. Most of the day tours also include this hotel in their pick-up location. Additionally, the room size is decent compared to other hotels in Japan & the price is affordable.

It may not be convenient to go to the hotel via train during winter if you have luggages. Also, they only offer limited services and facilities.

A very nice hotel stay with comfortable bed and spacious room. Location is just next to Odori park and a short walk to the shopping streets.

가족여행으로 쿼드러플룸에서 3박을 했습니다. 일본호텔이 보통은 방이 작은데 비해, 여기는 방 크기가 괜찮았고, 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다.

삿포로의 중심가는 스스키노역 근처인데, 중심가에서는 조금 떨어져 있는 위치이고, 눈길이 미끄러워서 이동하는 길이 조금 어렵긴 했어요. 하지만, 전체적으로 편안하고 즐거운 여행이 된 호텔이었습니다. 감사합니다.

Despite advertising to the contrary the restaurant was not open for guest use other than for breakfast.

Our previous stay a couple of weeks earlier didn't have advertised amenities for guests including, restaurants, internet or air conditioning in our room. It was better on our second stay there with family. The hotel engages in false and misleading advertising

Location was okay- not overly central but I guess the price reflects that. We had to walk a bit of distance to catch the underground to get to the main eateries, shopping areas, CBD. But if you go at the right time, such as time they do Ice sculptures in the park, the location would be ideal as the building is right across. Towels were changed daily and the place seems clean. Our room (top level with Tatami set up) is reasonably set up and equipped with all necessary amenities. Bed was comfortable to my liking. Our room booking includes breakfast for entire stay - quite a selection although it could be better if they do change menu/ varieties during the week.

Room size was okay for 4 people but ideally to have more drawers to store clothes. We ended up leaving one suitcase opened for easy access to change of clothes. Once the tatami is set up, you can't really use the table unless you sit at either end of the table. There is no Airport shuttle bus stop outside of this hotel. We had to walk 3 blocks (took about 6-8 minutes with suitcases). Slight hassle when travel in winter as the road could be icy and slippery.

Spacious room, clean and beautiful. Hotel also had a self-service luggage holding area and lockers which was convenient to use before and after check-in and check-out.

Location is quite far from the train station.

Well maintained for a 30yo hotel. Spacious for a double room. Good enough even for family, especially for connecting rooms. Staff is generally pleasant and helpful even though not all of them are able to speak English. Well situated between 2 convenient stores within a stone’s throw. Nice walk along the Odori Park just below the hotel.

The hotel is located next to Odori Park which makes it great. The airport bus also stops right on its doorstep which makes it convenient. Room was comfortable enough. Breakfast was great with a variety of items to choose from. Overall it was a great hotel on an excellent location.

During peak hours with tour buses leaving, it can take a very long time to have lift access.

以相當便宜的價格來說，房間相當大，地點也算不錯，整體乾淨，浴室浴缸都很大

房間的空調應該是冷暖氣(?)，只能調整溫度(最低到18度)，沒有切換冷暖氣可選，有點不會用。房間沒有對外通風的窗戶，雖然是冬天去的，室外0度，但室內有點熱，但想讓房間涼一點不知道是否該開空調調到最低溫，還是應該關閉空調...，有同樣問題的人也許該問一下櫃台

思いの外、駅から遠い。 大通公園が見える部屋でないとあまり泊まる意味はない感じがする。

窗外可以看到大通公園，雖然今年的燈節沒到這邊 櫃台會說英文

三人房的加床被子比較薄，又位在窗邊，會冷，還會感冒 窗下暖氣出風口可以看到一堆灰塵，好像很久沒清理，風吹上來的時候讓人很不安 停車場內的汽車通道不太好開

Quite long walking distance from subway/bus station and the hair dryer is a low spec type,take long time to dry my hair.Other hotel are provided hair dryer with brand Koizumi which is more quality
