Location cleanliness
Stairs to our 4th floor room. No restaurant as advertised. Snacks only available in the summer apparently! Shower wasn’t practical. No headroom. Cheeses and cold meat were very sparse at breakfast.

A small friendly family hotel, clean and comfortable, offering tasty morning coffee and breakfast, close to the ski metro is a big plus. A nice cosy aprés-ski sitting area facing to the sun after ski day! Will be back soon :)

Great location and value! The hotel is family run and offers great value. Breakfast is nice and that they have grill evenings a couple of nights a week is nice.

Unbeatable location with amazing and friendly stuff. During my 10 day visit I felt like I was at home. Room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed great and tasty breakfast. Perfect size ski room with heated shoe rack. I would highly recommend.

It would be better if the staffs has better hospitality, heater is only one in the bathroom only, no lift

Great location and lovely warm feeling immediately upon entry, lovely foyer area with a bar looking out into the street. Comfy beds and great water pressure in the shower. Nice breakfast with the option of freshly cooked eggs.

BEST BEDDING EVER!!!! Get a view room….spectacular!!! Easy walk from train. Can walk to everything. Great breakfast. Just wonderful!!!
just a note about off season: lots of things are closed or close early. plan ahead for that.

Excellent Location, delicious breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. Our room was clean, spacious and had an amazing view of the Matterhorn. Make sure you book a room with a view.

Great value for money. Rooms were big, no fridge in the room but the water was so cold we cooled a few drink in the bathroom sink! Very friendly staff, great and varied breakfast. Our room had a view and it was stunning!

Room #44 is big, bathroom is big, modern & very
clean & very excited about the balcony with the
view of the Matterhorn. Staff are wonderful.
There is no lift. My husband had surgery a year
ago , can push/pull but can’t lift much up to the
4th floor, but, Fabienne was so kind enough to help.

The location is great! The room was big and comfortable and it had a balcony with a beautiful view! The room also had a bathtub, which is a big plus for me. The hotel apparently has a restaurant too, but it was close the day we were there. We had a great stay, I would definitely recommend it.
No complaints, but maybe just be aware that the building had 4 floors and no lift. The staff was very kind to help us with our luggage.
