We really enjoyed our stay at Seaside Villas. This unit was very clean and updated. The unit does not face the ocean, but the ocean can be seen from the balcony.
Rebecca was a great host, providing detailed information (including short video) prior to arrival making it easy to get in and find the unit. She also checked on us, via text, during our stay to make sure we did not need anything and offered suggestions for places to eat and get coffee.
I would highly recommend staying in this unit.

This condo is perfect for the couples getaway to relax and enjoy the beach. Very close to everything and Rebecca makes it so easy to check in and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed.

We appreciated the attention to detail & the cleanliness of this condo. Everything we needed was there, including all kitchen utensils, complimentary soda & water (very appreciated when we arrived after midnight!), and nice fluffy bath towels. Rebecca was very quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Hilton Head.

This clean condo close to the beach was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway to Hilton Head. Rebecca provided clear directions and everything we needed was at our disposal. The condo provided easy access to the beach and a nearby commercial district with lots of restaurants and shops was an easy walk away.

Can't say enough good about our stay in Seaside #217. Rebecca takes amazing care of her condo and her guests! We've stayed here several times and love it more each time! This condo is immaculate, decorated beautifully and has lots of special touches from the host. The location is perfect - beachfront, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The property is kept very nice and clean. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Right on the ocean! Just a quick bike ride or free trolley (golf cart) ride from Caligny which offers dozens of shops and restaurants. Accommodations are comfortable, and the host is kind and professional.

We were extremely pleased with the unit, it had everything we needed, our host offered great tips on anything we asked. The location was perfect steps to the beach and minutes away from anything we wanted. We will definitely consider staying here again if decide to visit Hiltion Head in the future.

The condo was precisely as advertised! Its cute, clean and you can see the ocean from the balcony door. The host was courteous, communicative, and offered helpful tips. Perfect location for trips to Savannah and other nearby areas. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I were pleased with the overall unit. The property manager was on top of everything and anticipated our arrival and stayed in touch with us every step of the way. Couldn't have asked for anything better. We will seriously consider staying here again if we decide to visit Hilton Head Island in the future.

We found the instructions for check-in were excellent and Rebecca was readily available if needed. The unit was spotless and had all of the amenities. We will definitely return. A big plus for us was the king size bed.

The unit is perfect for us as a couple -- looking for a quiet getaway. It was comfortable and well appointed. The neighborhood was good and we were able to walk to a number of shops and restaurants. We especially liked the beach access, just steps away from the complex -- we could come and go to the beach as we chose. Overall -- a great stay and would stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. Rebecca is a wonderful host; very attentive and responsive. We consider her a friend. Excellent location to local shops, dining, and for biking. The condo is a beautiful, perfect get away for 2. The layout makes it feel large and spacious. Hurricane Ian chased us away too soon. Look forward to our next trip.

We enjoyed our first visit of HH staying at this very clean, fully equipped condo and great location!! A perfect location which was a few minutes walk to the beach and conveniently close to Coligny Plaza. The host checked in regularly to ensure us of her availability and to answer any questions. We would definitely book this location again, if available, for a future visit!!

Check in was made simple, communication with owner was pleasant and helpful. The unit was just the right size for our intentions, everything we needed was provided, all linens and sheets were sanitized and smelled great. The furnishings were comfortable and cozy and provided many different options depending on our needs. We parked directly under the building right beside the stairs so the trek to our room was minimal. The walk to the beach only felt brief and was beautiful with rabbits in the foliage! I would definitely stay here again, thanks Rebecca!

This was our first time in Hilton Head and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!!! The place was clean, well stocked and the location was perfect!!! Rebecca reached out during our a stay a few times to make sure we had everything we needed! She even gave us some recommendations to places to eat. Loved to have my morning coffee fresh from the Keurig coffee maker and sit on the patio with the view of the water. It was perfect from start to finish!

Best gem!
Everything had a personal touch and Rebecca was easy to reach. Check in process for the car and key fob was not an easy process but doable. I just missed the more detailed instructions which the host provided.

Great Stay in Hilton Head
Communication with owner was fantastic! Very attentive and made us feel welcome. Condo was a bit smaller than we thought from the pictures but perfectly comfortable for the two of us. Location close to Coligny Beach was the perfect spot for our get away.

This has been our fav Hilton Head vacation spot so far. They have literally thought of everything that you would need during your stay. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely be back.
