Fantastic breakfast, really one of the best of my life! Then very clean and comfortable.

It was impossible to receive room service. I arrived at 23:30, so I was looking for in room dinner, but even for a sandwich was not possible to get it! Very poor english level in order to solve my problem, so I decided to quit from dinner.... For a Crowne Plaza hotel this is not acceptable!

It was a smart and clean hotel with decent staff that could just manage to communicate in english.

The location and information about the location was misleading.it presents itself as a city hotel but is really on the outskirts and quite far from entertainment, restaurants and the main CBD and shopping. Thus i left after one night.

Breakfast was good but very less vegetarian variety.

Concierge was responsive by email to advise shuttle pickup location and time. Check in very smooth. Not all spoke English but Kevin was very helpful catering our needs. Very spacious room.

Lunch at the international menu restaurant was poor. Preparation took a long time and taste was not great.

Great location for overnight airport transit. The room is clean, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I have been stayed in this hotel twice before, for overnight transit. One thing I noticed this time is that, the hotel has made some changes to help the environment more sustainable. For example, the tooth care pack is handed out on demand, and the bathroom liquids are kept in fixed and large bottle for in-house use. There are all good changes, and please keep going. And the breakfast buffet are really nice.

The TV need upgraded. The picture blurs and the sound is quite noise. And hope the airport pickup shuttle service can be resumed soon.

My Sweet have a campaign here so we choose here and actually it's a tourist purpose for our weekend time. 1.Fitness center it's looks like awesome and perfect match Running Man (Me) 2.Swimming pool, OMG I forget my S-pants and glasses unfortunately not enjoy with it with my sweet. 3.Sauna center in the corner of the fitness center and make my body flow water until run out of the water in my body. 4. What I booked a king bed it's nice and everything is well and goosd customer service 5.The lobby staff who named " @Daddy Lei " smile to me while we check out and nice experience in GZ.

TV was old and I could not see digital TV.

Very good hotel, located not so far from airport and closed to "Guangzhou Metro" station which allow to reach easily Guangzhou city center. Great welcome and support from Front Desk team. Bigl thanks to Jolin Huang & Jim Tam who were very helpful to solve some issues...
