Disfrute de las vistas del Golfo y la playa desde el sofá y la terraza equipada con mesa y sillas. Sillas de playa, sombrilla, refrigerador y toallas de playa también se proporcionan para disfrutar de las 7 millas de playa de azúcar blanca para caminar durante horas. Gran piscina climatizada con sol y sombra con mesas y tumbonas. Juega en las 4 canchas profesionales de tenis de tierra batida o prueba suerte en la cancha de shuffle board. The condo was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean, everyone in the building was friendly, the location was ideal, and the owners were extremely warm and helpful. Could not have stayed at a better spot.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was great! The location is fantastic! We spent a lot of time at the beach (just outside the door) and the neighboring bars, Pincher's and Oliver's Place, which we were able to walk to. Parking and check-in were fairly easy and being on the first floor is a nice plus!

This was just perfect for my wife and I. The condo was clean and had everything you need for our stay including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers . Yes highly recommend this unit it is clean and comfortable and also in a great location beachfront with 4or5 restaurants within walking distance. So don’t hesitate on this one you’ll definitely be happy 🌞

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was absolutely amazing. Perfect location, beach was perfect and the condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Will definitely stay here again. Everything you need is conveniently close to the location so you don't necessarily need a car. But with the Florida heat it's highly recommended. Lol. Lots of restaurants, shops and fun places to visit.

We stayed for a whole week & it was great. The beach is clean, the people are friendly & there’s restaurants & a CVS right across the street so you don’t need a car! Uber is available for cheap prices! You can see the sunset from the condo patio as well. So much fun & super pretty! The owners of the condo were extremely helpful to us & very nice! Highly recommend staying here! We will come back!

condo was perfect for myself, husband and granddaughter. Owner had excellent amenities and supplied many supplies. Grounds were kept immaculate.

This is an excellent option for a couple or young family. Because it’s an efficiency, the bedroom is not separate from the living room/kitchen area. There is a divider that can be closed, but it will shut off the bedroom from the AC unit that is in the wall in the living room. The unit is well equipped with chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc., so it really was a blessing to have those extra items for use. Great beach access, and lots of amenities. We had a great time!

This condo provides everything you need to make the most of your relaxing beach vacation! We didn't have to fight traffic due to it's location. Also just a short walk to the beach or pool. We really appreciated the check in process and having codes instead of key cards, very convenient!

The condo was very well decorated and clean. The owners were very nice to talk to and were able to respond to issues quickly if needed. Would stay there again.

It was a great condo. I would have liked to have straight beachfront but this one has a beautiful side view!! Everyone we encountered was so nice!! The area is gorgeous. If I go back I will ask for beachfront up a little higher so we have a better view. But the condo was perfect!! It had almost everything we needed from the nicest owners!!!

Wife and I had a great stay at this unit. It is beach front building and you walk for less than a min and the beach and water right there. Unit fully equipped with all needs. You are very close by to shops and farmers market. Beautiful sunsets!!! Highly recommend this cute place.

The property was exactly what we expected when we got there. It was the perfect size for my mom and I. Everything we needed was there from dishes to towels to misc sunscreen and beach chairs. Not needing any keys and only door codes was also extremely convenient.

The condo is very conveniently located within steps of a beautiful white sand beach, a few restaurants and CVS within walking distance. We arrived before Christmas and the crowds were few but day after Christmas through New Years the traffic going north to Ft Myers Beach some 5 miles north took 45 minutes. Its only a one way road and there is construction currently. Keep in mind if you book during the holidays. Condo was clean with a side view window of the beach. We had a wonderful time. We would love to stay again

Excellent communication with owners. They are amazing and very helpful. Nice location if you’re looking for quiet area. Depending on time of day, could take an hour to get to Times Square. But Santini has everything you need locally! Only negative is the trash chute is right next to unit and is extremely loud at all hours of day/night, particularly very early morning. Beach was very shelly. Condo king sized bed very comfortable. All needed items are in condo.
