Well stocked for a family of four, great views from two balconies. Easy on street parking. Upper level apartment with no elevator, so be prepared to walk one flight of stairs. Overall we’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment was in excellent condition, modern, attractive and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable providing good nights of rest. The views of the mountains from every window and two balconies were great, perfect for someone experiencing this part of the country and Montana for the first time. Kelly is very friendly, personable and responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely loved this apartment. We stayed here 3 weeks and enjoyed our entire stay. Great location with awesome views of Missoula and the surrounding mountains. The best part of the apartment was how quiet it was. No street and neighbor noise whatsoever.
Kelly made our stay easy with clear instructions and quick replies to all our needs.
There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. We loved the easy access to downtown and the Hwy 93 restaurants and shopping south of town. Nearby hiking and walking trails were great.
We'd definitely stay here again!

The condo was super clean with two balconies and nice views. The location was convenient. No designated off street parking but street parking was available and no problems. We really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed for the weekend to enjoy a concert at the KettleHouse Theater. This was perfect for us, good for a group of four and cheaper than 2 hotel rooms and we all stayed together.

We loved our stay! Everything was super easy and communicated to us very well. Check in and out was super convenient.
The building itself was quiet, we heard no one in the halls or outside! The AC worked amazing and was needed in the 35° heat.
Kitchen was well stocked with tools and plates/cups. We also had more than enough soap and toilet paper for our stay.
Kelly was easy to get ahold of and even left a bottle of wine to enjoy while we relaxed one evening!
Would stay here again!

We were in Missoula for a soccer tournament. The apartment was just as described; super clean, comfortable, and it had easy access to the fields. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband an I recently got married and we used the property to get ready the night before and stay the following night. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The view was spectacular for the area and the amenities were appreciated. We highly recommend this property!

Our family of 4 had a relaxing stay at the condo. The building was quiet and the condo was clean and bright! The views from the private deck were beautiful. Grocery in walking distance, great host, and relaxing space. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Nice accommodations and very clean. Apartment door needs adjustment as we were had trouble getting in most times. Table chairs and patio chair are most uncomfortable. Lots of traffic noise. Overall our stay was enjoyable.

Property is new and very clean; very spacious bedrooms, with comfortable beds. Had all the basic necessities we needed. Plenty of towels and linens. . . washer and dryer were a real plus for a two week stay. Balcony provided great views of Missoula and its sunsets. Air conditioning was great as we had several 100+ degree days. Although there is no designated parking, we didn't have any real problems. The small BBQ grill could be replaced. The host, Kelly, was quick to answer any questions and very easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

Great clean apartment
A friend and I stayed here for a quick trip and everything went smoothly. The property is really nice and clean, seems very new. Everything worked well in the apartment. Parking is on the street but we didn't have any issues finding a spot. It's about 2 miles from downtown so location is good while not being super busy like downtown.

Nice lace to stay, but watch that first step!
Location is great; within 15 minutes of everything in Missoula. Walking distance to local market and coffee. Great views. Comfy bed. I enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning. Quiet neighborhood. Overall a good place to stay. I did not rate 5 stars for minor reasons, nothing major. Amenities are basic, and furniture is not very comfortable. Also apartment is on the second floor and no elevator so had to haul luggage up the steps. Neighbors can see in if you leave blinds open. There is a huge step off the curb that caused a fall at night as it’s not well-lit. Parking on curb. Host was great though. They did provide some things to do in the area. And I forgot to notify when we left and they were super understanding.

The place was clean. Beautiful views from both terraces-nice and bright, great closet space, Kelly very nice. FYI-This is not a good selection if you have any kind of mobility problems. -no parking in lot - 16 stairs to get to unit--furniture and beds very uncomfortable-very high tub, slippery (no bathmat ) or handicap bar. Not a good idea to ask renters to wash the towels at end of stay, especially, during COVID times. Also, terrible moldy smell as you walk into main entrance of building.

This is our second time staying in the apartment. The place is clean, comfortable & has everything you need. The view of the town from the balcony is amazing especially at night. We will definitely be back again soon!
