We had reserved a “Japanese style room”, but what we got was a meeting room with carpet flooring "transformed" into a make-shift "Japanese style room". Tatami mats, not even all of the same size, were sluggishly laid out with huge gaps in between the mats. The room was extremely dusty. One corner that was not covered by a tatami mat had like a centimeter of dust. The ceiling lights and top of the furniture were also covered in dust. Truly, truly disgusting. Showers and toilet were located outside the room yet not even slippers were provided. The shower booth was extremely small and uncomfortable. Microwave and kettle were available in the pantry, which was equally a hygienic monstrosity. All this for 27,000 JPY. Horrible, horrible experience. So bad that we had actually considered asking for a refund, but my wife and I were just tired and wanted to go home after this experience.

large room and easy access to shops

there was useless space over desk in the room, which was narrow and not easily accessible. and exhaust system in bath room did not work well enough. then the room should be cleaned up more especially carpet and corners.

Our stay was very good, we feel very comfortable, and the room is very clean. The staffs are very kind, the location is very near from the station and malls.
