Very friendly hotel staff, 24 hour washer and dryer at the lobby, availability of refreshments at lobby (although I did not use), functional lift to bring up the luggage, clean rooms with all the amenities you need, good location near Taipei Main Station.

Road noise and sounds from other rooms seem to be quite loud.

Check-in was slow and took a long time. The room I booked was without a window so it’s stuffy and not that comfortable. There was a sound of like machine,too. Just didn’t expect room without a window can be that bad. Next time I’ll opt for a window one.

I can only concur with previous reviews: you’d be hard-pressed to find this level of service and comfort in a 5-star hotel, and staff are so kind, sweet and helpful it boggles the mind – you can tell it comes from the heart! My room was spotless clean, and everything in the whole place says “welcome”. The location is also pretty much unbeatable. Is it weird to say I miss this hotel? Who cares – I will be back soon and really look forward to my second stay. 💜💜💜

The location is very convenient near main station and zhongshan market. The staff was really helpful and nice.

There was no wardrobe in the room. So if staying longer one should be prepared to live out of his/her suitcase.
