The location was just what I wanted. The pool is small but adequate.

Excellent location close to the new beach with many cafes and restaurants. The view from the balcony at sunset is beautiful. The room and bed are big. They provide umbrellas and mats for the beach.

Location
Very old furniture, nothing in the rooms no tv channels no internet no drinking water no phone to call the reception, the staff were not helpful and their welcome were not professional and no one were smile at all

All inclusive food was nice. All staffs were friendly. Room was clean.
The facilities of the hotel was really bad. Remote control of AC & TV, phone to reception, WiFi weren't working. Really need to uplift the facilities. Furniture and beds are pretty old.

I got a upgrade to a really nice big room without asking.
The staff is amazing and very friendly
the times of the meals. dinner was way too early although the staff would keep a dinner separate for you if you told them in advance.

Everything is good from location, helpful staff, room view, cleanness of the villa.

Pool water is so cold kids couldn't enter it.
There is no bottles of water or tea/coffee (as there is no boiler).
Once it got dark all inside hotel is dark there is no lights to walk
Very limited TV channels just 2 or 3 Russian channels
