The garden close to the room is great, in love with the Jacuzzi and the swimming pool

A bit minimalistic

I would expect a 4 Star Hotel to have a real Restaurant.

Staff, location, room, enough parking lots.

WIFI was unavailable many times. Based on the price this is not acceptable. A bit high priced ...

The breakfast was very good and plentiful. It was a great location from which you could visit Punta Ala beach. A 10 min. walk or short drive with the car. It was a quiet place and relaxing stay.

The breakfast, they served delicious home made pastries. Also the amazing beach is only a 15 minute walk away.

We were very poorly received, by someone with poor English. As if they were annoyed by our arrival (we arrived around 16.30). The price quality was severely out of ballance, 70-100 euro would be reasonable, not 220. During breakfast we felt bad to go for a second round, because in the first round the service was really bad again as well. The staff made us feel unwelcome pretty much the entire stay, because they looked to be too busy. There was power oitage at night, causing the emergency lamp to be lit, litterappy lighting up the entire room in the middle of the night. And the room was quite noisy.
