The breakfast was so goog

we booked a family room and few hours later they called us to apologize because the room we booked wasn’t available anymore. So they ask if a smaller room, with shared bathroom with 50% discount from the price we were supposed to pay for the room we booked, was fine. When we arrived at the hotel the new room they gave us was horrible with the air conditioning just on the top of one of the beds and in fact, it was impossible to sleep in. When we were about to leave they told us that the room we booked was again available (without any kind of explanation or excuses). Parking was full and we had to park quite far away from the hotel. They made us wait for half an hour with 1 little kid and a baby. Horrible.

Very good location, close to a lot of good restaurants, shops and the Rototom Sunsplash festival.
Too much noise during the day and don't looks like the noise was from guests, but from housekeeping. Also, same exact poor breakfast options all days.
