We had such a great time in Hot Springs. The condo was clean, well stocked with essentials, and comfortable for our family of four. The location was great for us. We had a full week of activities and the location was perfect, 10-15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. If we come back, I’ll definitely check to make sure this property is available first! This property was very clean, updated and in a great location for convenience to all we wanted to do. Nice pool available for use and good parking. Cody was great to deal with as well. Will definitely be back! Just what my family needed!

My only complaint was the view of lake was a narrow glimpse between other bldgs. Pool was excellent, lodging well appointed and clean. It did get noisy as others moved in, apparently owners as they loudly greeted one another.

This property was absolutely beautiful 😍. Excellent location, close to food, shopping and downtown Hot Springs. Absolutely wonderful 👏. I am recommending this property to everyone I know. Loved doing business with you. Until next time, I would definitely stay here again.

The property was just as advertised. Beautiful property and they made us very comfortable. Sit out on the patio and overlook the pool and lake. We have 2 dogs and they accommodated them as well. Love this property and will be back.

Overall was very nice property. Lush linens and easy check in. Entire condo was updated and fresh. Only downfall was the beds were not very comfortable. Other than that, we had an excellent time

The hosts thought of everything, including floats and fishing poles! The condo was extremely well maintained and clean! When I come back to Hot Springs, I'd love to stay there again!

This is a gem in Hot Springs! Newly remodeled condo is in a lovely community on the lake and easily accessible to all areas of town. The owner is so easy to work with and everyone we met in the complex were very friendly and nice. Will make this our go-to spot when we return.

We stayed at the condo F2 at Hamilton Bay from March 19-21st. The condo was very clean and close to everything we wanted to do. We really enjoyed the stay there. The only thing we did not really like was the hot water in the Master Bath never got hot. It was lukewarm to warm. Maybe turn the elements up a little? Everything else we experienced was great.

This place was really clean and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Located close to everything but still by the lake, Cody was great and very helpful.

This was my very first Vrbo rental experience. I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised. I didn't feel gross staying at this property. It was definitely clean. The distance to all our in town activities was under 10 mins. Walking to the waterfront was nice. No major complaints. We had some noisy neighbours but that's about it. My tips for future renters, don't forget to pack your own body wash/bar soap. A hotel sized one of each was provided but if you're a party of two who shower 2x a day, it may be insufficient. However, there are stores a few miles away from the condo if you didn't pack any. The property owner was very quick in responding whenever we had questions and was very accommodating.
