Great location for decent price.

Good value. Great location, walking distance to Surfer's Paradise, shops and light rail stop (Cypress St). Great sunset view over balcony. Relatively quiet spot despite proximity to SP.

Some of the facilities were a bit old (sofas, drying rack, shower). Water temp can be hard to control when multiple outlets being used concurrently. Parking lot roof was low than our boot door couldn't open up safely.

Superb

Location was peaceful overlooking the Nerang river. Walking distance to the beach. Easy drive to the heart of Surfer's Paradise and Broadbeach

The apartments were amazing, equiped with everything you for a home away from home! And very close spot to so many restaurants, bars and shops!

I didn’t like having to pay an upfront cost of $300 dollars for a prepayment in case of damages as I just feel that it wasn’t necessary. Plus you could only put it on a credit card and it takes up to 7 days to return to your account, which I still haven’t received back.

The apartment was spacious, clean, good views. Close enough to walk to the center of Surfers, restaurants, shops, attractions, beaches but far enough away from the noise of the night life no to hear it.

The single beds could have been better they were very uncomfortable.

It is a good place to stay in Gold Coast

it was close just walking distance from Surfers Paradise and it's located on the quieter side.

Stocks were limited like tissues and toiletries. No shampoo just a bar of soap. Also, no hairdryer.

Location is ideal, 10 min stroll into Cavill Ave and perfect for walks along the river. Peter was amazing, friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed our chats!

great location with views over the river from both sides of the apartment . close to shopping centre with supermarket 10 minute walk to the beach. quiet location. light and airy, spacious apartment.

a fresh coat of paint and sun blinds for the main bedroom would make this place pretty perfect.

Peter is a friendly manager who welcomed us at late Saturday night around 7:30 pm. We stayed at 3rd floor apartment. The

Laundry and dyer are good for family member.

The water in the main shower doesn’t drain well.
