Great Location. Near to supermarket, good restaurants and city center 26 min away. Fridge in every room. Helpful staff. Big rooms.

The deposit 250euro. Never seen that information in the apartment description.The breaker kept tripping if many devices running at once. Ants in the kitchen so we had to keep all the food in the fridge. Frige in the kitchen is quite weak, better to us these in the rooms. All pans in teflon must be changed, a lot of scratches. Door to the toilet wasn’t possible to lock. The owner fixed it after we claimed

The space was perfect for our family of 7, with wonderful common areas where we could relax together after long days exploring Florence and enjoy meals together at the large dining table. There were several excellent local restaurants nearby, along with convenient access to public transportation. Filippe was incredibly kind and helpful, providing great recommendations for activities and places to visit, and was always responsive whenever we needed assistance during our stay.

Public transportation near the apartment could be a bit unpredictable at times, so we often opted for the ~20-minute walk into downtown Florence. It was not an issue for our group, but it may be worth considering if traveling with small children or older adults.

Todo perfecto, el apartamento muy limpio, muy amplio y muy acogedor. Filo un anfitrión mas que excelente. Nos proporcionó todo Tripp de información con respecto a la ciudad y súper atento a todo. Mil gracias por hacernos la estancia más que agradable. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Filippo, the host, was very helpful. The included breakfast was decent, but outside the residence.

We thought the breakfast was supposed to be in the residence, but it was in a cafe outside the residence, where the staff was rude. We also expected the bathroom to be attached to the room, according to the description on the booking, but it was detached (it was private though, only for us, but outside the room). The double bed was very uncomfortable for a couple. It bounces a lot, and if you move a little, the bed moves a lot and then your partner gets angry because you woke them up... Thankfully there was another bed, and we slept in separate beds. The location is also pretty far from all the attractions, and you need to take the bus everywhere, and the busses are very unreliable in this city. The tram is more reliable, but it's 500m away and only goes to the west side (it goes to the central station, at least).
