As a third time guest I can't fault this hotel for the price you pay. Great location for all hiking routes , but the true gem is the lady at reception. I will be coming back

I wish they would offer the fruity non alcoholic beer on tap as other places. But that is more of a suggestion than anything else. It is an amazing place

Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent position and food. Staff were eager to help: I had a knee injury and required a specific brace before a long trip to Australia.Obtaining this in a day was difficult due to time, availability and language, reception staff made multiple phone calls on my behalf and located the brace. I'm very grateful for this extra effort.

The Hotel is in quite location, close to the snowtubing, slide for sledding and small ski hill that is perfect for kids and beginners. There is a restaurant in the Hotel itself, very comfortable and with tasty food. Billiard and kids room for free. Very kind workers at the reception and the bar. Ski rent is right at the corner of the Hotel, they drive you to and pick you up from the ski. You can rent the ski lessons there also. We took ski lessons with Vojtech for our kid and it was perfect . This place is perfect also for people that are first time there or travel without a car, you have everything needed in one place.

Small kettle with tea in room will be a great addition in cold winter evenings :)

Great location, confy and cozy mountain hotel. The room was big and the beds comfortable. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful!. Good value for money. Definitely coming back!
