Friendly owner, directly available via booking app. Would have probably transferred us to a different room had we mentioned our issues in the beginning. Nice and quiet location, city and beach/nature in walkable distance (20min each).
We had been at this place in 2019 and it was nice. Now, not so much - it lacks love, sorry.
Several issues:
- Our apartment had a serious mold problem. We saw mold on the floors, in the walls, below the windows, underneath the fridge, in the kitchen, in the shower and worst of all - in the air conditioner (which didn't work properly anyway). The whole room smelled of mold.
- The apartment had not been cleaned properly in a long time. There was dirt in literally every corner and under every closet. The kitchen surfaces were dirty.
- We only had warm water on the first of three days.
- The couch/sofa to sleep on was dirty and very hard.
- The fridge was loud.
- There was only one key, two pillows and two blankets although we had originally booked it for three persons (we were just 2, so this was not a problem).
- One of the blinds could not be closed (obviously a known issue since the switch was taped).
We were here as friends for a fun weekend so we overlooked all those things. Had we arrived with our families and kids, we would not have stayed. Especially the mold problem (in the AC!) is a serious health issue. The dirt isn't fun either.

Coffee, juice and water kindly suprised me in the apartment.
TV had only one EN-interantional chanel, otherwise only Coratian and German TV chanels. I would really apreciate some Netflix app.

the personel was GREAT. when u texted a hotel number to ask for something the respond came in 2minutes and the lady always respond to phone calls,
even in late hours. she was the nicest person ever!! rooms were rll clean, big bathroom, wardrobe and great localization near to center , sea, restaurants and shops like lidl

Nice apartments, nice outside table and bench, ok beds.
Not a lot of pots and pans and cutlery, ants, they take only cash, when you turn on the stove and a water heater the power runs out.

A clean apartment with enough space for four. The air conditioning worked well. There was a table outside where it was nice to have breakfast. The host was really friendly and gave us good tips.

The property was at a good location, short walk from the centre. Room was a good enough size although I feel it was wrongly sold online as it showed that we would have a kitchen etc.
There were ants in the property - all over the bed and the bathroom sink (this was not our fault as my friend and I are very clean people, don’t leave food lying around etc) we had to repeatedly bat them off. When I went to tell reception about this there was nobody there which was usually the case. Also, we had no blinds and a full window, so people could see in while you’re sleeping and getting ready. As two girls in their early 20s this wasn’t the best experience.

We just slept there for one night, arrived late and left early, for that it was good. Flexible check in/check out times.

Everything was clean and neat when we came. Receptionwoman was very helpful and kind all the time and she did her best. Airwarmpump , air conditioning, was splendid.
There was no staff at all. Reception was always empty. No cleanig and tidying up in the rooms automatically. We must ask, if we needed something. Then we got help. The adveritsing was failure. In our rooms were not any chair and table. The garderobes were so small, whitout shelves, , that it was Inpossible to empty our suitcases there. They were only opened and then shut again those 14 days. Tv was 3 days out of oder. (We got a little rea for that) We have visited In many appartements In several countries. This was quite different. Advetised, ground floor own entrance. In reality, 2 nd floor and own door from corridor.

The room was big and the position was very good, around 15 minutes walking from the old town.
There was no toilet paper in the room and just one small cup for 2 people to drink water. There was no trash bin in the room either.

I enjoyed the fact that the property was located so close to a park and that you need like 10 min. on foot until you reach the central area of Split. There are also some parking spaces at the property ~5. If they are occupied you can always find something on the street near or in front of the property (no payment required).

Room was a sufficient size, we had a balcony with a view of the water which was very nice, also very convenient having a car space as well.
Bed was quite loud with any sort of movement, not sure if it was rubbing on floor or bed itself making the noise, apart from that no other issues

We were upgraded so we had a full appartment with everything we needed. The center of split is in walking distance and the park to do some hiking is quite close.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The host is amazingly kind and ready to help with anything. The apartments themselves are clean, spacious, and well-stocked with supplies. The location of the Villa is in the middle between the center of Split and the beautiful Marjan park with its beaches, giving you the opportunity to explore all Split has to offer by foot!

Nice and clean room. Close to city center. Parking(small) available in the yard or on the street (free).
We've got a free upgrade of the room.
Nina is a nice host but she didn't arrive in time to give us the room key. Even if we informed her about the arrival hour and also call her with 15 minutes in advance we still wait more than 20 minutes. Is not such a big deal, but we were really hurry in that moment. Also the location on google maps is not correct. Just walk 200m more (town direction) and you'll arrive.

Great communication from staff, my flight didn't arrive in until 10pm in the evening and they were able to get me checked in after 11pm. The place was spotless and was in a great location. My flight home wasrnt until 11pm and they let me use the room until I got picked up to go to the airport. Will defiantly be back!
