Se veía todo impecable, es tranquilo y generalmente silencioso, desayunos ricos y con rapidez de entrega a la mesa, la gente muy amable y atenta. El entorno es muy bonito, lo mejor de todo es todas las plantas que hay que llenan de vida el lugar, tiene piscina y estacionamiento por llegada afuera.
El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien y encontré dos veces una cucaracha en mi habitación, se ven un poco antiguas las habitaciones

Very spacious and quiet rooms. This hotel feels like an oasis in the city, just steps from ADO, a grocery store and restaurants. This is a place to relax, safe and comfortable.

Wunderschöne Anlage. Toller Innenhof mit Bepflanzung und Pool. Das Zimmer hat eine Küchenzeile und ist super ausgestattet. Leckeres Frühstück, Supermarkt und Restaurants um die Ecke. Schön ruhig und kühl. Eine Oase in der Großstadt. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht hier, nächstes Mal bleiben wir länger.

Such a good option to stay at when in Cancun. Amazing value for money, friendly and helpful staff and a sweet location. The property feels like a little jungle with lush vegetation and a pool big enough for a splash to cool down.
They kept our lugagge for a few days (USD1 x night x bag/suitecase)
A little yet tasty courtesy breakfast was included too.

Lovely exterior and friendly staff. The location is close to the airport and bus station so very convenient for a stop over. Breakfast was tasty.
The room was really dated and just felt a bit dirty. WiFi was very shaky. The location wouldnt be that great if you were staying for a while.

VERY comfortable beds., great hot shower, easy walk to ADO bus station, great breakfast included, lovely, secret garden ambiance! Was perfect for one night between flights in-out of Cancun. Get ADO bus ticket at airport and avoid aggressive airport taxi scams!
GPS had a little trouble getting us from bus station to hotel. Just study the map and look for street signs. We ended up taking a 2 minute taxi ride from station to hotel because we lost our bearings - worth it at 50 pesos!. Walked back no problem in the morning.

The property was super clean , quiet and well maintained. The pool was nice and clean too.
Not too far from the airport , port Juárez and the Ado bus. The nearby restaurants and oxxo stores are convenient. I went to a nearby store to buy souvenirs and they were all 400% less than Tulum and Playa del Carmen.
The shower had great pressure and actually have hot and cold water.
The wifi signals were terrible

Good location and beautiful grounds
No kitchen utilities and facilities to readily cook, pool needed regular cleaning. Breakfast was ok but a bit bland

Very beautiful hotel with amazing facility and grounds. The free breakfast was my favorite breakfast that we had all week while traveling in mexico. The chilaquiles were WONDERFUL. Thank you for such friendly service and a beautiful comfortable room to stay.

Very close to ADO bus station, bars and restaurants. lovely, helpful staff. Beautiful garden and relaxing pool.
Minor complaint- the fan didn’t work in our room and the a/c seemed to be directing the cold air into the top of the wardrobe and not into the room. Didn’t concern us too much.

Beautiful property with lots of greenery and lovely helpful staff.
We only needed to stay for one night so it was what we expected. While on the whole, the property is lovely, the room itself was a bit outdated and old.

Everything. The hotel is very close from ADO terminal. It is a very nice place with an amazing garden. Very quiet, the breakfast is very good too with .any choices to pick from

The tropical garden is lovely and immediately puts you in vacation mode and mood. The room was just what we needed for a first holiday night before starting a road trip. Very spacious family room with all amenities. The included breakfast is served in a very authentic setting by friendly staff.
The bathroom could be more modern as shower curtains are now a little dated but water pressure is fine and overall cleanliness quite good.

The bed was very comfortable and it was a quiet sleep for such a busy area. The gardens are amazing. A green jungle in the city. The building is dated but has a lot of charm. The staff were very pleasant and attentive.
Having to take the key out of the AC unit means your room gets very warm and humid if you are out for the day.

wonderful nature/ jungle like inner yard, nice small pool, very friendly stuff, free water, oppossum strolls around, water for free, you see the sustaibable approaches all over, it makes travelling so much nicer. small kitchen.
simple breakfast to choose from, pay extra for more; lot of mosquitos, jarcuzi just with cold water, locker wasnt working, 4 windows - quite bright room, big street in front (no problem during the night), just if kids run of by their own

The beds were comfortable and clean. I like the extra pillows for options.
The chain lock on the door had clearly been forced in the past. Also Some of the windows cannot be locked. That generally made for a nervous stay.
