They have charged us 30EUR without warning after checking out for extra cleaning as we left rubbish and didn’t wash the dishes (they have dishwasher machine!!) But we weren’t advised to clean after our stay and weren’t advised to throw rubbish and didn’t know where the rubbish place was at all. After all it’s a bit pricey place to say but they still charge for the job they have to do?
IF WE HAVE TO CLEAN, WASH THE DISHES, THROW THE RUBBISH AFTER THE STAY, WHAT WILL BE YOUR JOB TO DO?
P.S we have booked 2 bed room apartment for 5 nights and the apartment was dark and cold as it’s was in the basement with no sunlight during the day.
P.S.S Please check the photos as I don’t think is a lot of dishes to wash and not a lot of rubbish.
Wouldn’t recommend at all for such service.
Btw, the apartment had some rubbish in the refrigerator before we checked in but I didn’t say anything to the receptionist.

We found the location was excellent, close to everything but on a beautiful street away from the hustle and bustle. Spacious for a family of 6, adults & children, nice decor and clean facilities.
The property was occasionally noisy, possibly due to deliveries or the restaurant below.

Large, beautiful, newly renovated, apartment with great indoor and outdoor space. Outstanding location…near lots of restaurants, high end shops, sights and very quiet. There is also a taxi station and metro are nearby for easy transportation options. Management team is outstanding. They were very flexible when the airline lost our luggage which caused us to arrive late for check-in. A member of the management team stayed until nearly 9:00 p.m. to give us the keys and a tour of the apartment. (We were fine paying the 25 euro late check in fee). Also, three days later when the airlines dropped off our luggage AFTER HOURS while we were out touring (and with no advance notice) the apartment management called us to request our permission to put it in our apartment for safe keeping.
The only thing that could have been improved is that the loft area of the apartment should have air conditioning to allow someone to sleep in that space since there is a bed there.

Excellent location. The apartments were large and have a washer/dryer -- which is key for any trip longer than 1 week. I had verified our identities ahead of time with our passports/IDs, so check-in is super-easy.
We stayed here in 2019 and I loved it. We had plans for another trip in 2020 but had to postpone due to the pandemic, so we finally made it in late 2022. In 2019 the place seemed immaculately clean and everything worked very well. This time, it seemed that things were a bit run-down. The washing machine was difficult to use (it had numbers for each wash/dry cycle, and those numbers were meaningless, so I had to look up the user guide on Google). The door never locked properly, so we ended up closing and locking the shutters. On several occasions, during the official "open hours" of the office, I went to speak with the agent but there was nobody present and the doors were locked. It is possible that the agent was simply out for some legitimate business, but I checked 3 times in one day and found nobody there.

Excellent location in Rome. Comfortable apartment. Nice neighborhood.
The front desk was closed after 7 pm and they charged an extra fee to give you the key after that hour.

The location was a bit far from our selected locations. Still central and walking distance, with kids it's a bit difficult

bathroom not functional and too small that you can’t turn in shower and rest of apartment huge. door can’t close on one room and bathroom upstairs. i took apartment with three bedrooms to have privacy and with non closing doors it was impossible.
I expected more for money we spend.
