Staff were friendly and helpful. It is well run making guests feel welcome. The grounds are beautiful and with a range of well kept plants. Within walking distance of the village centre a number of restaurants and small supermarket.

Do not book a superior room. We booked a superior room with new equipment, but the hotel assigned us a one-room suite with old equipment and thus damaged us by 200 euros. This is fraud.

The room was excellent but I was placed quite far from reception and as I was a lone female traveller i felt a bit vulnerable. The hotel had a lot of older people who obviously aren’t used to seeing people travelling alone. The location was too quiet with not much going on. The food was very limited with not a lot of choice but well cooked.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Great buffet food with an option to chose A La Carte. You can add on all inclusive for €25 each day for a minimum of 3 days if wanted which was a perfect option for me and my family, when the fridge stopped working they gave us an older working one temporarily over the weekend and then bought a brand new one on the monday.

If you are close to the bar area when there is entertainment on, it can be very loud up until around 11pm this may be an issue with small children.

This booking is everything hospitaly shouldn't be. Be aware, be very aware of this place. Got on the property at 9 pm and given a room which had mould on the wall and a terrible smell, which is a health hazard. It is insane how the owner thinks someone can sleep there. I complained straight away, and a very rude owner told me to take or leave and if there was any problem, then to speak to booking.com. I had to book another room 30 minutes away at 10 pm. When complaining to booking.com, the owner said that the complaining was because we were too close to the pool... complaining about the pool at 9 pm when nobody is in the pool... he didn't even think about a good lie. How on hearth on 2023, such a guest can run a hotel... how simpler would have been to give €70 back and apologise, instead, a terrible person with no respect for his guests, rude and a lier... and I am sure €70 more will make him a rich man!!! And to had injury to insult, when complained to booking.com and also providing them with photos, I was only given €10.55 refund in credit!!! well done to the owner and to booking.com!!!!
