The property is very nice, sea views, nice pool, beautiful lawn with lounge chairs. The room is clean, with a balcony with sea views. There is a private parking lot, which is nice. It's minutes walk away from a beach, unfortunately, it's a rocky pebble beach, not good for sunbathing, or if you don't have water shoes.

The location on booking is different from the the location on google maps if you search for the hotel name. We booked a double room, but got a room w/ 2 twin beds. One of the beds was ok, the other had worn out springs, and sunk down in the middle. There are no screen doors, and when we opened the door to the balcony to let in fresh air, mosquitos flew in and bit us through the night. The layout of the furniture in the room could be arranged to be more spacious, but the way it was felt a bit cramped.

Hosts are very kind and helpful, they were always at our disposal. Very nice people. Rooms are clean and solid equipped. Room was not so big, but looks exact like it is on photos on Booking web site. Breakfast was fine. Pool is clean and with enough sunbeds around, so one can spent pleasant time in the hotel during the afternoon. Big parking is nearby. There is a small beach 100 meters far away from the hotel. All in all, Sylvia hotel provides best value for money service and deserves high recommendations.

a bit unclean, a lot of dust even on the info page, no mosquito net at the valconu door, the ac had the swing function broken, uncomfortable beds

although we booked a different room without sea view, we were upgraded to their best room at no additional charge, because we spotted a bug upon arriving. The room that they gave us was at the ground floor, with a huge grass yard, marvelous sea view and the beach was steps away. Also they have a big, shadowy parking in front of the property

The location very close to the sea, the room is clean and has a beautiful view at the mountains or the sea. Also there is a big parking space at the hotel.

The breakfast is very expensive, 15 euro/pers/day, that means 30 euro for 2 persons/day. You can eat very good with half of this amount at a taverna/restaurant/beach bar. We ate only one morning, but was not worthy.
