The ambience and serenity is to long for, the customer service was beyond our expectations. We loved our experience and would definitely be back more than once

The late check-in time.

staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners greeted us and ensured our stay went well. The rooms were lovely and clean and the shower was very warm and powerful with plenty of towels. At night it can get cool and rain in Nakuru where they provide thick duvets and hot water bottles this is a nice touch even though we did not need these.

Food was ok we stayed here for 3 nights were the menu changed each night which was nice although cannot say we had a memorable dish here.

Ziwa Cottage was such a pleasant surprise. The place is cuter and more serene in person. I especially loved being surrounded by nature, the friendliness of the staff and cushiness of the bed! At night you can see the beauty of the shining stars - it really feels like you’re somewhere magical!

I think they can improve a little on meals especially the variety offered for vegetarians/vegans.

lovely little well presented cabins

we had a few issues with leaky hot water bottles used to heat beds resulting in damp mattresses . the food the first evening was a lovely buffet the second evening however it was just recycled , renamed dishes from the day before . tables not laid up properly and staff could certainly have been more attentive .

Lots of birdlife at the property. The restaurant borders a man made lake which provides lovely views.

Rooms were spacious, and nicely styled. grounds were well kept and attractive - really nice pool and restaurant. Food was good and staff very helpful and pleasant.

There weren’t many people staying when we were there so the atmosphere was a little lacking. the lake overlooked by the restaurant could do with significant maintenance.

The room was spacious and the meals were good. The lodge is small and quaint, feeling personal and pretty quiet.

Lack of communication regarding additional fees and important information when booking LN Park game drives. The added surprise fees made excursions much more expensive than originally communicated. When we brought the issue to the staff, they were not open to discussion and dismissed our concerns. Also, the hotel's inflated exchange rate for USD currency was extreme.

This place is gorgeous, nested in the middle of the bush and trees, with birds singing all around, and super peaceful. The staff is extraordinarily nice, super helpful and lots little attentions, like putting warm water bottles in our beds at night while we were at dinner <3 The food is delicious and the restaurant building stunning. The room was small but comfortable and very cute! It's a bit away from the city and perfect if you want some time away from civilization, but more challenging if you have to commute!

The Nature surrounding Ziwa is special in its way and that is what we were looking for as we went to Ziwa. It was comfortable and the staff was nice and very helpful. The front office lady gave us a good Villla. I really enjoyed my stay

It was a bit cold in the night but we got hot water bottles which was also really nice.

Zero privacy.... most villa terrace facing walk way..... Zero creativity in meals (very basic)

The staff are professional, and ready to assist. That's a plus. The rooms are spacious. Meals are delicious.

The bathroom was clogging, you should have telephone in the rooms to avoid walking to and fro to pass a message to the staff. You should also consider having a washing machine to help the guests who might need to do laundry and accessible fridge and microwave.

The staff are so welcoming. Thank you Naomi for your beautiful smile and helping us with the suitcases upon arrival. Gladys and the other members of staff at the restaurant were also excellent.
