It’s location is the reason we booked here.
The customer service was poor as we brought up some issues and were treated like we were just bringing it up because of something during check in.

Great location and food was great at the restaurant Downstairs
There was Mold in the bath , bed was way too soft, pillows too thick. worst sleep i have had in any 4 star hotel .

the first room i was given had a window that didn't close & room full of bugs, shower was not cleaned, I was moved to a second room and the TV didn't work, the rooms are in a generally run down state
the place is so dated and half the things in the rooms didn't work, the staff were almost rude, i felt like i was interrupting there conversation by daring to check in

Location was excellent.
The size of the room was not what I had been given in previous visits.

We found the room was a bit small. The bed was comfortable, and the shower not in a bath was good for us.
The restaurant manager was extremely rude. The receptionist did not answer the phone when we were checking in. We felt sorry for the caller. When we phoned in to book, we had to call four times to get a reply. Perhaps there needs to be more than one receptionist.

Overall ok
Check in took too long but I believe was a computer issue, been travelling since 9 am so was tired and eager to get to room. Also I booked for 2 nights but hotel only had a record of one , I had previously amended my booking and received a confirmation from booking.com.

The noise from bar downstairs wasn't very good.

All as you would expect from a quality corporate hotel. Good wifi and big tv. Magnifying mirror was nice to have in bathroom. Make time to visit murals in nearby alley. Bus to airport leaves from out the front of Hotel.
