Close to everything, staff were great.

Room and bathroom not clean, poor lighting.

Hotel was dirty. Elevator was very dirty. Rooms incomplete: missing outlets to power the mobile phone as an example. Service at the restaurant were not ready to serve.

Bar and kitchen closes a little early for me (9pm) but is not really a problem, there are several alternatives close to the hotel.

too little breakfast. we arrived at breakfast at 8:30 (last call 9:30) and almost everything was finished. room was suuuuper cold. 4 men were having drinks at the terrace and you could hear every word inside.

Friendly people, nice pool, good breakfast buffet and very good location of the hotel which is on the main center of Ica.

Needs air conditioning. The fans weren't good enough for the hot weather. Improve the current bathrooms, looks dated. I saw ants crawling in the bathroom.
