Het bed was prima en fijn dat er een oven was. De badkamerruimte was goed.
De indeling van de kamer. Geen plek buiten waar je kon zitten. Het keukengerei was ontoereikend. Het was nogal gehorig. Je kon niet zelf thee of koffie zetten. Het zag er allemaal niet uit zoals op de foto's en er kon maar 1 raam een stukje open. Als je dit te ver openzette dan liep je er steeds tegenaan. Er waren slechts 4 kledinghangers. Een kapstok was er ook niet. Een bankje was leuk geweest en had er makkelijk gepast.

We had everything what we needed. We were only for 3 days. The host was really nice to us becouse we arrived later than the check in time period.

Good location if you plan visit Florence and Pisa. Big apartment with plenty space. Pleasant and friendly staff. Free parking in front of building (you have to ask staff for parking ticket). Elevator to the hotel on the 2nd floor.

The stairs were dirty and smells like pee!! Unacceptable!
We stay at room 107 and it was careless and dirty. (I mention the room because i saw more bad comments for this room). The bathroom had a very uncomfortable smell!!
Bed sheets also smells humidity.
It looks like perfect from the photos, i really dont know why we faced this situation!

More than enough space. Light and clean. Cleaning service every day.
Air conditioning.
Not enough kitchen stuff. There is oven but no pots or trays to be able to use it. Saucepan only one and small. Kettle would be great to have as well.

Super nice appartment and also really supportive staff!! The appartment has everything you need for your stay including kitchen stuff.
Unfortunately no restaurants in the area which are open (we found some on google maps but they were all closed or shut down).
