We had a beautifully big room here and such a comfy bed. Walk in shower and balcony was great.

Cancelled the reservation before check in so we had no place to stay at for the night. App said check-in until 22:00. When we arrived at 21:45 no one was there and our reservation was apparently cancelled. Which it didn't show in the app.

Location was great . They gave us an upgrade .That was nice .
Most staff was helpful. The person that checked us in was a very cheerful helpful your lady . Only one person was short and unhelpful .
They did warn me in advance that there was no AC in the room . So I was prepared for the heat . I’m glad they tell you in advance . It gets hot in the room so be ready. Also be aware they have an extra cleaning fee if you don’t clean the kitchen and put away the dishes . Never saw that before.

Excellent location, cosy large room and kind receptionists.
Breakfast was a little limited. Wifi was slow and sometimes hard to connect.

Spacious and clean.
They provide a kitchen but then tell you that there is an additional charge of 45 Euro if there is ANY sign that you have used the facilities. The lift and corridors are in need of an upgrade as they feel a bit shabby.

Very spacious studio, with 2 balconies. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent and quiet location close to tram stop from airport, and also close to town centre. Friendly staff and very good breakfast.

The apartment was really big and had all the amenities we needed. Useful also to have a small bed for our kid. Special thanks to the staff for the late check-in and for the friendliness throughout our stay. Location is OK, near the river, the centre and many restaurants.
Nothing major to complain about but the room could have used some bricolage: the bathroom sink was clogged, one light in the living wasn't working...but overall it was very good.

It was easy to walk to "downtown" Toulouse. The airport tram is 5 minutes walk. The room was quite large for European standards. The bed was comfortable. Closet was spacious.
The room was not clean. There was grass and debris in the shower drain when I arrived. The sponge in the kitchen was very old. There are no glasses for drinking water, just a small espresso cup. One light in the bathroom was broken so I had to get ready every morning in the dark room. It was very hot when I was in Toulouse and the fan in the room was very old so it was incredibly loud. The headboard for the bed was falling apart.
The immediate neighborhood around the hotel is not good if you're traveling alone. I am a woman and was there alone for a conference. There are homeless people all over near the hotel so I didn't feel safe walking home at night.
