Only the expensive the price for food and drinks in the restaurant.

The location is amazing, the facility is perfect, the food was great, the staff is very friendly, the villa is beautiful and comfy. I would highly recommend it.

“bed” for daughter was actually very hard couch in living room. no black out curtains to keep streetlights from shining in windows all night. kitchen has very limited utensils ( could not cut a watermelon with no cutting board or knife )

The location and the beach were amazing. The staff was super polite and very helpful!
although the location is very beautiful, bear in mind it’s good to have your own means of transport as It is a bit far from Ioulida (the main village) and there is no super market around. we did not have a car and the staff asked us to make a list of our groceries and they provided everything to us the same day which was absolutely great :)

THE Kea destination! If you’re looking for a hotel on the water with excellent service and happy faces, book it now! Friendly staff and homey accommodation in a quite secluded area. The beach was so clean and dreamy with crystal water and perfect for younger kids.
We loved everything but wished it was more relaxing while on the beach….please turn this music down.

the stuff was helpful, the house clean and comfortable and it was very close to the beach without moving the car. the food was excellent

we didn’t have our own transport nearest supermarket 5k, although staff brought groceries for us.

Attentive staff, wonderful beach facilities, very comfortable and clean room, delicious freddo cappuccinos! The dinner was great too, and beach bar has a nice vibe.
The eggs Benedict was not great - but everything else was wonderful.

The villa was spacious, clean and well equipped. Our stay was very comfortable and the beach and the other facilities (bar, restaurant etc) just 10 meters from our door. JUST PERFECT!

The property was steps away from the beach. We received a warm welcome and the staff, food, cocktails were excellent. Best cocktails I’ve had! You really cannot find a better place on the island, it’s a must.
