Room was spacious, with twin bunk beds set over the double bed, kitchenette and dining table, there was plenty of space to accommodate a family of 4 comfortably.

No complaints worth mentioning.

Very clean apartment. Stayed in a Family Theatre apartment for 6 nights. Good kitchen with essentials. Very comfortable beds. Dining table for 4. Walking distance to Ginza 10mins.

The check in and out was very easy and smooth. The room size for our family of 4 was great, more spacious than I imagined. Location wise not so great as it was a longer walk to Yurakucho station (15mins) Loved the fruit shop just across the hotel.

While the hotel is in a city location and accessible by many train stations, it is not exactly near to any train station and require some walking.

Very clean, quiet. Coin laundry was cheap, very convenient. Nicely located.

The beds were keep moving around…not firmly fixed.

We love staying in the Mimaru chain of hotel apartments, this is probably our 4th stay in one of them but our first with the Pokemon room, it is absolutely adorable - with the giant Snorlax which my grandchild loved! And the lovely little loot bags that were Pokemon themed! The reception counter was manned by very nice people who were very welcoming and helpful, especially with forwarding our luggage to our next stop. We love that they have additional kitchen equipment that we could loan from them as we did with their shabu shabu pot, it made our last night's dinner very delightful.

We reserved (as many) the Pokèmon room and our 6yrs old kid was enthusiastic with it, like ourself. The rooms are basically small apartments with kitchen, table and so on. The Pokemon room has sufficient Pokemon details to make a guest happy :) The room is for 4 persons thus is quite costly. The staff speaks perfect english which is quite uncommon.

The price is not 100% justified but for a 1 night stay, especially if you are a Pokemon fan, it is worth it.

The location was great, not far from the Tokyo Train Station. The fresh produce shop across the street was very convenient along with the Lawsons and 7-11 just around the corner. The Pokemon theme of the room was great fun. Would definitely stay here again.

For a hotel in central Tokyo, room size is really big. Had all our necessities. Staff are amazing! Huge thanks to Yuki who helped us with our booking issue with Disneyland. Saved us an evening which we will never forget. Must stay when we’re back in Tokyo!

The kitchenette was super convenient, the restrooms were nice, good location and had sustainable practice.

Kids love the Pokemon room. Staffs are very kind and helpful. They held the luggage for us on the checkout day so we can tour Ginza and enjoy lunch. Staffs also played the anniversary games with the kids. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Its the centre of tokyo. The hotel is clean and adequate for family of 4. The hotel Is clean n proper

Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. The staffs, they are super friendly and attentive as all the other hotel we staied in Japan. And they speaks very good English, which makes communication a lot easier.

This is not a complain! We still love the hotel. But a little suggestion, there can be a little more storage, we know there is one closet, but we still have lots of luggage which doesnt fit in the closet. We staied there for five nights, and i remember everything was on the floor or on the table, or on top of the fridge. We missed some cupboard to put things and it feel a bit messy after the second night.
