Everything was fine about this place from staff to the cleanliness and great area and close to beach. Too good ....
The cabs in Mackay takes longer to arrive but nothing bad about the place where we stayed.

the units here are very basic, with a shower, toilet and bed. I would recommend here based on the cost and the cleanliness however just note that whilst clean and the staff are nice, there are little to no facilities short of this.

Tina does such a great job at this motel that its my number one choice for Mackay.
The meals are excellent (bacon wrapped chicken for dinner, ham cheese omelette for breakfast were my choices and they were delicious).
Tina also called me on my mobile when she couldn't reach me on the room #8 telephone (the room #8 telephone isn't working) as she knew I wanted to order dinner that evening.
Bathroom was spotless. Just make sure when you turn water tap off they need to go off slowly otherwise can cause knocking noise.
