Great location! It was very peaceful to wake up to the lovely views of the water in the morning and we enjoyed watching the sunsets in the evening. If you're keen to throw a line in, you can simply walk across the road and try your luck, but there are certainly plenty of places to go fishing around the area. It is only a short walk to the local shops in Hawks Nest, otherwise Tea Gardens is a few minutes drive back over the bridge and Coles is roughly 5 minutes drive away. The apartment is set on the 2nd level and is very clean and spacious and it had everything we required for a comfortable stay, including plenty of utensils and equipment to cook a meal. The welcome bottle of wine was certainly appreciated! I highly recommend booking to stay at Rio Vista if you plan on visiting the area!

No a/c was a bit hot at night with windows only allowed open so far. They do supply fans but still had trouble sleeping.

Great, quiet and peaceful location near the ocean. Saw dolphins from the beach. Spacious unit and very good for relaxing. Even bbq was though we didn't use it.

Carpeted floors. Oven tray was greasy, was hoping for better knives, pans, pots and utensils but for the value it was reasonable. Thank you.

Incredible sunset views from the balcony, golden hour seemed to last forever!! The close proximity to the boat ramp, the beach and Tea Gardens cafes was just what we wanted!

The apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly, random lolly pops and saltanas on the carpet.
