The place is very clean, the people are very friendly and very helpful. This place, I think, is the best.

Friendly staff, good location, comfortable bed and clean.
Two families with loud kids on the same floor, not soundproofed small rooms, small gym with the ac far away of the equipment, pool closed already at 6pm.

the location was good and next to many things. the staff were helpful and friendly. it was good value for money and the good thing is that we were able to keep our luggage in the store for free while we travel to Bali and other areas.

I booked is Business room . .so I can doing work during pleasure time. . .the room is dark. . There's a table but no lamp. . . It is very simple minimalis room . . .I will not stay there anymore if I visit jakarta

Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, clean, friendly staff.
Room is rather small for a family, but as we stayed only for few days, we didn't mind.

as every time getting taxis or online transportation needs to pay for the parking although we are hotel guest so that’s not great at all
