It was comfortable and well located to the marina and had some lovely walks. Very good choice of breakfast. The staff at the breakfast were very attentive. Room was very comfortable.

The first bottle of water is free in each room, and thereafter you pay for the water. They charge €15 per bottle of water. I think this is far too excessive, and there were no prices that I could see for the charge. They should be made clearer.

The early morning "fire-drill" without any explanatory information from staff; either before' during or after.

The hotel is in a super location, the staff in general are very friendly and service minded and breakfast is superb.

We travel with a fully electric car, and had checked in writing and verbally that the hotel had charging for an EV. When we arrived the chargers were blocked by a diesel Mercedes and two hybrids that were not charging. These cars blocking the charging was vividly defended by the reception staff. The same cars were also there in the morning, and I ended up driving 2,5km to a charging point. Waiting an hour for the faster charger to be available. Walking back to the hotel for breakfast while the car was charging, and walking the 2,5km back to the charging to pick up the car. It is beyond me that the reception staff continued to defend their way of operating, and there was not the slightest indication of an apology.
