Mattress was old with a thick topper. Topper couldn’t hide the fact that the mattress needed replacing

The meal and the female staff.
All the drunken, swearing, fighting louts keeping us up without intervention by the manager. Very frightening and disturbing as they were near my car.

room very tired to the point of being grubby, appliances like the microwave and fridge yellow with age, fridge had stale smell and door was chipped, dirty
shower tiles black, dirty with grime , didnt want to take a shower
aircon/heater extremely noisy even drowned out the TV!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends

Plenty of undercover parking,a good size room and shower,a comfortable bed.The local Chinese restaurant delivered a meal very quickly at reasonable cost.

The male receptionist was very rude and abusive. I had reason to call after my stay only to be told “I am half drunk so call back tomorrow”. Will never stay there again.

Front desk person not very welcoming fu of instructions on want u couldn’t do rooms could do with a makeover no globe in bathroom

It was well set up for someone with a disability especially the large shower/bathroom area. Undercover parking was a bonus and very much appreciated with the wet weather.
Beds were very comfortable and there were 2 different height pillows which was good
Management & staff very pleasant
There was no crockery or cutlery (apart from 3 mugs, 1 saucer, and 1 teaspoon) even though there was a toaster and a microwave... we still had food left over from our holidays (bread etc) and would have liked to use it ....(it may have been an oversight)

I didn't think that the motel was good value for money .
The room was only an average regional motel room . The nightly rate of $146 was way above the average for a motel unit like this.
