The hotel frontdesk staffs were so polite and helpful when we had issues and need assistances from the local people. Plus, the location was good.

Location is good, 10 minutes walk for the beach. Decent pool in the backyard. Pizza restaurant right in the building
- Personnel was rude and unwelcoming
- A couple of bars are right across the street with daily loud music until 11 PM
- No hot water in evenings
- WiFi barely works in the rooms, and even at the backyard it may stop working for a few hours a day
- Air conditioners are old, dirty and noisy. It was always not an easy choice whether to suffer from the heat or to turn on this dirty air conditioner and see how it is leaking on your bed sheets
- The lightning in the rooms is bad, especially in the bathroom, I barely could see anything, let alone it was impossible to shave
- All the metal stuff on the balcony are dirty and rusty
- All the doors and beds are squeaky, so if you are trying to go into the toilet in the middle of the night, you will wake up everyone
- No elevator, good luck carrying your suitcases on the 3rd floor

Fast and stable WiFi, microwave oven, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, all needed kitchenware, pretty quiet place.
Only cold water in the kitchen. Sofa is old and not very clean. No Smart TV. Seems a little overpriced.

The location and the area was wonderful
not catering the needs of their customers. for five nights we stayed we repeatedly requested extra blanket and every time they promise but not giving us so what is the point of saying yes and then ignoring our request.
Also some of the staff even not replying if you say good afternoon nor morning especially the lady who stays evenings and cleaning staff. Greeting and smiling is the basic communication between people.

We liked the Hottub in the room but the water was not that hot - balconies were nice and comfortable bed.
Nothing included with the room - everything like the wine they left were chargeable and staff had very poor English skill. The shower also did not work, it was not even installed properly and to be honest, they should not have allowed the room to be used by guests.

Lovely big room with hot tub, plenty of space to store clothes, clean and tidy
3 flights of stairs with no lift, doesn’t sound like a big deal but when the temperature is over 30 degrees it’s quite hard work! Quite a built up residential area, lots of barking dogs especially at night or early morning.

The location is great, super close to the beach. The room was clean and the fridge was very good and new. Furniture of the room was new and nice, too.
We were in a basement room. When you make a booking, it's not mentioned that it doesn't have windows. When you enter the room it smells like mold. The ventilation system is not working...at all. And when you take a shower it gets even worse because the moisture stays inside the room. The room smells like mold all the time.

was a lovely room, clean and friendly staff, was close to the beach and had a nice size pool as well.
considering we paid extra to have the Jacuzzi in the room it took about 2 hours to fill the water trickled out very slowly and was cold

Location is great for both city life and beach life.
I stayed in Basement room which is literally basement. There is no window which must be mentioned but was not. At basement room, it is hard to get cellular signal which can be a big problem for some people. Wifi is poor. And the biggest problem is, there is warehouse at basement and all noice during the day is also in your room.
