Beautiful, spacious modern apartment in great lication

the hairdryer was broken, the heating in two of the rooms was not working properly, there were no mini shampoos/douche gels available, the sauna was on with the reception working hours only (up to 18:00 in the evening)

The apartment was comfortable and roomy. Communication with the property was efficient, and when we had double booked by accident, money was refunded promptly. Instructions clear and concise. Kitchen facilities excellent.

Didn't like the location. In fact, felt quite depressed when we arrived as we were given to understand the "Resort" was on the lake's edge, but we had a very busy road and railway line, and another hotel in front of us although we could see the lake. The weather precluded us from using the outdoor area, but it wouldn't have been pleasant sitting out there having a relaxing time.

when i booked thier was a clothes wash machine ..and their is not ..! and the beds r so baaaad ..and the lights ..u can not see nothing in the room ...why u remove the lights near the beds ?!!!!

the view on the lake was so great, the apartment is nicely done with a balcony on the front and a terrace on the back of it. Safe an and great location with parking spaces for the cars.

minimum requirements for the apartment could have been provided (soap, extra towels, …) the agency which in charge of the place cant be reached, all instructions made trough the emails.

Excellent view, very close to downtown and to transportation

No soap, no shampoo, no tea, no coffee, no extra garbage bags. We are expected to arrive and start to buy these things right away. It would be useful to have these things ready.

Lovely modern apartment, bright and spacious. Super comfortable beds . Kitchen was compact but quality appliances. The apartment was immaculate on arrival.The view over the lake is lovely.

The photographers do not tell the whole story. There is a main road and junction outside. It is VERY noisy and when it was hot and windows open you could not hear the TV and we had to almost shout at each other to be heard. Sitting outside on the balcony you were overlooked by many other apartments.It was if course noisy due to road noise. So if you want privacy this is not suitable. The WiFi was a nightmare,it kept going on and off all the time.

Apartment was comfortable.

It states 4 beds on website but one is a sofa bed. A long walk to lifts or nearest bus stop.

it might just be a cultural difference but all the keys in the whole building are the same and there’s no way to lock the door permanently from the inside which means everyone have access to your apartment

The apartments are amazing. Modern, spotless clean, great location. Comfortable. Easily our best stay in Zell. Easy check-in. Great staff. We loved it! Gonna reserve Top 10 again for next year.

If I had a complaint, for the price I would have expected a change of laundry on the Tuesday or Wednesday. Other than that zero complaints.

Easy check in and check out. The villa is beautiful, spacious, clean, the location is great and the view is beautiful from the rooms and balcony. The kitchen has everything necessities.

There is no soap available in the bathroom, and there is no cleaning system for the apartment, or at least cleaning the bathrooms only. I wish the towels could be changed on demand
