The property was super clean and really nice, especially the jacuzzi outside. The location was perfect as it was very accessible to the main road and didn’t require a lot of stairs to get to it unlike other properties.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this place. The location was superb, allowing easy access to all that Oia has to offer. The breathtaking view surpassed all expectations, truly capturing the essence of Santorini. The daily breakfast provided was a delightful treat, offering a great variety. Communication was great with Giota and her offers, including the transfers around the island. The daily room service as well as the cleanliness of the accommodation were remarkable. I greatly appreciated the sense of privacy on the terrace, making it a perfect retreat. It was our favorite place in whole Oia! :)

Our stay was generally enjoyable, although there were a few minor aspects that could have been improved. Firstly, we missed having a stove, oven, or microwave, as we had hoped to prepare some of our own meals. Moreover, the terrace became less usable during the midday hours due to the intense heat and the lack of proper shade—unfortunately, we couldn't locate an available umbrella or something. The cost of the transfer also struck us as relatively high but this is normal in Oia I guess. However, it's important to emphasize that these concerns represent only the highest level of nitpicking. Overall, everything else fell into place nicely and contributed to a satisfying experience.

Beautiful views and great location. Giota looked after us with restaurant bookings, transport and everything in between. She was awesome!! I would highly recommend

Perfect little get away in a prime location. Private balcony with sun bathing and dining facilities - stunning views. Inside was spacious and clean with daily room service. Perfect breakfast delivery each morning. Giota really went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible. Even arranging reserving facilities at a hotel when we had a late flight!

If I'm being really picky, I think the outdoor areas could have done with some TLC and a good clean. But apart from that, everything was perfect

The property is located right on the main strip of Oia. Extremely accessible to everything yet still feels secluded and quiet.

The view was absolutely fantastic. The service and location were as well. Highly recommend.
