Loved Emilio & Lily’s condo. Comfortable and clean! Our time there was very relaxing. Just what we wanted. Everyone we saw at the pool or in the hallways were very friendly. The only negative and it’s a little thing. Put a rug with a nonslip backing in the bathroom. Both of us slipped getting out of the shower. Otherwise, perfect!

Everything you could possibly want in one location. Place to stay, pool, beach, and restaurant. Property owners are incredibly kind, their place is stocked with everything you could possibly need to make your experience the best.

We had an amazing vacation, this place was perfect for 2 adults and a 2 year old, easy checkin and checkout, owners were responsive with any questions we had prior and during our trip . Had beach towels, wagon, umbrellas, chairs and cooler, everything you need for days at the beach! Place is in a good location, easy drive to nearby spots and groceries. We did end up going yo Disney for a day, was a easy 2 hour drive each way. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Our stay was lovely! Emilio and Lily go out of their way to accommodate any special requests and make you feel at ease. This was my first personal check-in experience, and it was very helpful! The condo was clean, and decorated beautifully. They had everything we needed to whip up some quick breakfasts, prepare late night snacks, and blend some cocktails. We didn’t plan on cooking much, but it seems you’d be able to prepare a full meal easily if you chose to. Location was perfect, so close to the pool and beach, shopping, food, and Shuckers (the restaurant attached) is a local hot spot for a reason! Definitely stop in. We were eaten alive by the local bug, no-see-ums, our last night on the balcony. We forgot to reapply our spray, and this is of course not the fault of the owners, just throwing it out there because bug spray (which was also provided by the owners) is a MUST. We are already planning our next stay, thanks Emilio and Lili!

Booking was very straightforward and accommodation was all as advertised.
Our stay was complicated by the hurricane that arrived the day we were to check in. However we talked with the owners who suggested we wait a couple of days but kindly added two days to the end of our week to compensate.
Obviously the pool and outdoor areas were being cleaned up but our apartment was fine and the beach was accessible and the restaurant and right in the property was open as usual.
Would definitely recommend to others.

Upon checking in we were greeted by the owners who gave us a quick rundown of the property. The unit was recently updated and clean, only criticism is that we cook and while there was pots/pans it did lack a great variety. I ended up purchasing aluminum pans and Gladwear for larger type bowls, but most people could make due with what was available. All necessary small appliances were there, plenty of linens for bathroom/kitchen use as well as all the beach gear you would need! Had a small cooler, chairs, umbrella and wagon along with noodles too!! We hung out at the beach one day, and pool another, both were great! The neighboring restaurant was nice however we never ate there but only went for a drink or two. The beach was not overcrowded and easy to find a great spot.

The owners met us and gave all the details and also tips for places to go.
They even dug out a coffee maker for my husband! Those little extras make a difference.

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! The owners were very attentive and greeted me on arrival to show me the place , gave recommendations on places to visit and eat as requested. We enjoyed our stay so much. Condo was super clean and comfortable. The pool and grounds were very well kept and the pool was warm and just delightful. And a few meals at Shuckers were all the icing on the cake. Great food and atmosphere. Thanks Lili and Emilio. We'll be back!!

Beautiful property. The only thing I'd note is that it is not beachside. This was somewhat clarified by owners upon booking, but was worded as "island view." Not having been to the island prior, I assumed it was still waterfront. The condo is beautiful with everything needed. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Coolers, chairs, ice packs, beach towels and a Sun umbrella. Hosts were very communicative an easy to get any needed answers from. Clean comfortable condo. Note it is not on the beach side, but you got late afternoon sun on the decks to enjoy or if the beach was too windy. So that worked out fine too. Great place to walk on the beach or the nice sidewalks. Pleasant stay!
