A choice we would definatle make again for my birthday trip. Room Zennor had the most amazing and breathtaking view of the ocean. The room was cllean and comfortable. People were very warm and friendly plus a variety of food shops close by to choose from. Our next visit will sooner than later and will be a longer one for sure.

The location was great. The bed was comfortable and large. Overall room great. We didn’t have a view but that wasn’t necessary as we only used the room as a place to sleep.
Had a minor leak but the owner quickly was on it to fix it.

Lovely view, spacious room & bathroom.
After arriving we found a good route to the property but the maps when first arriving it took us down a very bad side road into car park which had massive pit holes. Car park is very tight but we did manage. No staff to greet on arrival so had to just walk and explore the location.

The location is really nice. Close to the beach and overlooking to the sea. Near the restaurants as well.

Flexible and earlier check-in time was very noble, great view, upgrade for a room with view without extra costs, very generous. Nice room with refreshments, comfy bed. Lovely stay.

Location was really good, 10/15 minute walk into town. We stayed in the zennor room which had a parking space which was really handy. The view was amazing. Enjoyed my morning with my coffee watching the sea and the surfers. No breakfast but complimentary muffins were a nice touch. Plenty of places in town to eat. Shower was really nice. Bed was SO comfy. Price of the room was amazing. I hope that doesn’t change too much because we felt like we were living like kings and queens on our small budget. I hope others can enjoy the same feeling.

Instructions were easy to follow, self-service check in and out was straight-forward. Good place for a couple of nights and excellent location. Plenty of space for hanging clothes and drawers. Wonderfully quiet and stunning view at the front. Great shower and clean everywhere.
I'm used to a very comfortable bed so I can't rate that highly, not terrible though. A hotel room size fridge would make a longer than two day stay easier.

Loved the homely feel of the room, the views were amazing, and the bathroom / shower was modern and clean. The coffee machine and hair dryer was a nice touch.
We enjoyed the plug sockets next to the bed too, very cool. The rest of the house was spotless and loved that we could replenish the sugar downstairs if needed.
The cups, wine glasses and binoculars were also a nice touch and very handy when looking into the distance with a glass of something to drink :)
The iron wasn't great as it didn't work very well and the mini fridge was very mini so couldn't fit a lot in

Clean room apart from few stains on carpet but the location and view from front of house was good.
No visible sign to ocean view terrace - small driveways to terrace but not signposted, had to walk around area for 20 mins before we found terrace.
Bed a bit too firm for us.
Different floor levels in room so had to be careful when stepping down the ledge to bed

I stayed here for a weekend away birthday treat for my partner. The room we stayed in was lovely, even decorated with balloons, and had a beautiful view of porthmeor beach which we stayed in the very top room! Would definitely stay again, st ives has my heart and this place made it very special.
