The whole was exactly as was expected as this is our second stay at this property in this town.

The lighting in the room is a little inefficient and the satellite tv reception is poor, as are the channel options.

Leaving. It was like getting out of jail. Finding a better place and going to a near by town. Using a coupon so I only paid 32 euros instead of 90 euros. The Booking.com waiting music is nice, listened to it while waiting on the line more time than I've been at the property.

I've been on the line trying to get my money back more time than I've stayed in this horrible place No one has your back. The host can miss the check in. He can be mad at you at the chat, and Booking.com might take a look in 24 hours. Then you get to a place, it's none like the pictures. It's an attic with a low ceiling. It doesn't have a kitchen like the pictures. there is no sink. there is no fridge, just enough so they could argue with you. You can't stand in the bathroom near the toilet. you have a view to the garbage. The place has charged my credit card, but the website has showed that my card is invalid, and declined. I have the charge to show I've been billed - booking.com knows about it, and haven't treated it. They will just take your money and disappear. This place. Booking.com that will never update you or care if you ended up on the street. And if you can read this, they have won. because this place is still in business.

Location, location! Right in the centre of everything. Restaurants everywhere - all excellent. We found a free walking tour that met almost right outside our door. An additional cherry on top was the kind gift of breakfast. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was a great space to prepare foods.

The shower head wasn’t angled correctly, but could easily be used as a hand held. Would have been nice to have had two chairs on the balcony.

Apartment was misrepresented and misleading. The advertisement on Booking.com showed the Balconies with pull out shades but there weren't any, only the support brackets so proper use of the balconies was impossible due to the all day heat of the sun. The advertisement stated a sofa but there wasn't one, tv is much more enjoyable when watched from comfortable seating, NOT! upright dining chairs. The advertisement stated wardrobes, there wasn't any only hanging close rack, totally misleading, Will never stay here again, dissappointing.

Bathroom/Sink drain partially blocked.

We were on a honeymoon with with my pair and booked this accomodation for 4 nights. The contact person was really nice, he recommended to park in the Estrada do Biker free parking lot which is only 4 min walk from the accomodation. The location is great, you are directly in the center of Lagos, and in-spite of the events, if you close the windows the sound is not bothering at all. On the other hand, when we arrived we were pretty shocked. The room and the furnitures smelled weird, the floor and the toiled were not clean at all. I took disinfection spray from the housekeeper room, as no-one was available in the evening and cleaned the floor and the bathroom myself. This never happened to me before. At least the bedsheets were clean. I believe much prompt cleaning service would be needed.

Our host was fantastic and just across the street if we ever needed anything. The suite is in a great location and very easy to access anything. Would rate a 10 if the AC had worked.

The air conditioning broke well before we arrived. We kept being told that someone was coming to fix it and they never did. In 30+ weather. AC is helpful especially to sleep. The host did give us some fans but it was hard to beat the heat! We had to have the big doors open just to get some air flow.

1. Localization. 2. After a long discussion, Staff was able to accomodate us in another building without any further charges because the Studio initially presented to us was not as described.

1. Entrance of the building does not have any identification (# 22 at Garret street belongs to a drugstore) and the reception of Lagos Center Studios is located on the 3r floor of a building at another street (with a plate 'Hotel Inn Seventies' - same one that initially charged my credit card for 1 night), different than that informed on Booking. Staff does not attend phone calls and It is a nightmare to find someone to give information. Complete waist of time at the start. 2. We did not stay at the Studio originally presented to us because (i) it did not have 2 beds, as booked, (ii) I could not fit in the bathroom because the roof was too low and I have a pain in my back, (iii) the sink was out of the room, in the terrace, and the terrace was dirty (open to the weather, no roof), (iv) the overall Studio had nothing to do with the pictures posted on Booking. 3. The Staff did not provide us with a receipt. I had to write one down and have it printed, which was signed by the Manager - I was told afterwards he is the owner's son. 4. Lagos Center Studios sent me an email message threatening to charge more money in case I did not erase the evaluation above (this is a complimentary information post facts).

The location was great!

Picking up the keys was not ideal as it was in a different building on a top floor with no elevator. As I was alone I had to take all my luggage up the stairs to get the key, back down the stairs and then back up the stairs of the building I was staying in. If not alone then someone could wait at the bottom with the luggage until you have checked in
