This is a well maintained and spacious condo, which is conveniently located in between the Navajo and Giant Steps lodge of the Brian Head Resort. There is a master bedroom downstairs with a spacious en suite bathroom. There are also two additional bedrooms downstairs with a common bathroom in the hall between them. There are big beautiful windows and high ceilings in the living room from which to enjoy the gorgeous scenery in the area. There is a large rectangular dining table which comfortably seats 8. The kitchen is well appointed with a coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, as well as plenty of pots, pans, cookware, cooking utensils, kitchen knives, silverware, dishes and cups. There is a washer and dryer downstairs as well. Upstairs there is a bedroom and a loft style bedroom that overlooks the living room with bunk beds and a separate bed. There is a common bathroom in the hallway upstairs as well. There is a loft space with couches and a TV, as well as a game room. The unit is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator so be prepared to get your steps in . The area is quiet and the neighbors are very nice. The unit has a garage and driveway space that was plowed. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful high-end property with lovely windows and views of Giant Steps. The flooring, doors, baseboards and overall structure is very well done. There is lots of space for entertaining and sleeping. The kitchen has loads of nice plates, glassware and solid silverware with two coffee makers, crockpot, and a toaster. The washer and dryer seem to be in good working order. We enjoyed our time at this property.

Home is well maintained and comfortable. Only downside is the lack of an elevator. It's quite a few steps to get upstairs, but we knew that and it was worth it. Plan to bring plenty of food as stores and restaurants are limited. Kitchen is fully stocked so meal prep is a breeze. Would definitely stay again.

We've stayed in vacation rentals from a number of "mainland" states to Hawaii and have always rated units 4/5 stars. We regret that this is an exception. The biggest issue is not having complete and accurate information, such as overflow parking is only good for 72 hours. We booked the unit for 4 nights, so 72 hours were not adequate. The garage is for one car only and the unit can accommodate 12. There were 6 of us with 2 cars. The driveway cannot accommodate another car. The ice-maker was not working and we were told they were waiting for parts. We could do without ice but would have like to know in advance so we didn't have to make efforts to report the issue. The upstairs TV was not working as it should because the screen seems to be damaged. Again, we can watch TV downstairs but would have been nice to know when we checked in. The day after we checked in and called to report the ice maker not working, the water dispenser started to leak intermittently. We reported the problem and was told someone from operations will be calling; no one called. We put towels on the floor near the refrigerator to make sure the tile floor is not wet and slippery. These may not have been major problems individually, but when they are coupled with the inadequate parking situation, they certainly made our stay not half as comfortable as we expected. We decided to cut our holiday short and checked out after staying 3 nights.

The house is very big, clean, has everything for you to cook if you want to. The location is a little confussing when you get there (top of an apartment building), but it's super cozy and spacious. Totally recomended.

This condo was large and clean. Perfect for our 2 families of 4. We could have even had a 3rd family stay and had plenty of space. We had a wonderful time. The place was large, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view outside those large windows. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great! Very clean and spacious and close to the ski hill. We had trouble with the lockbox and the heat. One night the heat turned on and we couldn’t shut it off. But it only happened the one night. The biggest downside is the 4 flights of stairs every time you come and go, but we knew about that going in, so can’t complain about it. Just be aware that for older people, or just adjusting to the elevation, or after a long day of skiing, those stairs are a doozy! Overall, a great place with lots of room! We had a great time and hope to come back!!

I loved the big windows in the great room and the big kitchen and living area. There were plenty of baths and beds. Sadly the pillows and mattresses were both pretty uncomfortable on all beds. Everyone had a hard time sleeping well. Could definitely use some nicer sheets and pillows at least.

Loved it!
We loved our stay here! The condo is extremely clean & feels brand new. It’s spacious, comfortable & beautiful with great views. There were games, puzzles, & lots to do when we weren’t outside enjoying the wilderness.
There were 4 things that caused me to knock off a star.
1. Sooo many stairs, the condo is at the top of the complex & there’s 4 flights of stairs you have to go up. It’s doable, of course, but it’s quite the exercise. Older people in our party struggled a bit.
2. No AC, there is a Nest thermostat in the unit but the only option listed was for heat. The day we arrived, no fans or windows were open so it was nearly 100° in the condo. This was easily fixable, we opened all windows & turned all fans on but it did get pretty warm at times.
3. No garage access, we weren’t able to park in the garage. There weren’t any instructions on how to access it. No biggie since it wasn’t snowing or anything but it would have been nice to use.
4. No trash bags. The condo had trash bags in the cans when we arrived but there weren’t any available for us to use afterwards so every time the trash was full, we’d have to walk the cans down the many stairs multiple times. We went into town & bought some but it would have been nice if the condo had them available.
These 4 things weren’t deal breakers, just minor inconveniences.

Nice place
The place was very nice and clean! The only thing is better communication about coffee pot not there and garage not being able to access! They never really tried to get back to us about those two things! But overall the place was really nice! I would stay there again!

Clean and Spacious
We loved the layout and all the bedrooms and bathrooms! The large windows provided a beautiful view and my kids tubed and sledded right outside on a large hill of snow where I could watch from indoors. Will definitely be staying here again.

No hot water in winter time
Our first day in the cabin was pleasant; however, on the second day we tried showering in the morning but there was no hot water. At 10:00 am I called customer service to tell them there was no hot water. She said she would send a maintenance technician down to check and fix the problem. The maintenance technician came around 30 minutes later and he reset the hot water machine, and said to wait an hour and a half for the hot water to start working again. We checked the hot water once again (2 hours later), but there still wasn’t any. So I continued to call customer service, until at 7:00 they said it was too late and that they would send someone in the morning. The next day we waited until 12 for the maintenance technician and he tried resetting it again. The technician said the issue was too severe for him to solve, and needed to call the plumber to come fix it. Later, around 2, I called customer service again and they said the plumber couldn’t come due to the weather and holidays. The plumber claimed that he knew what the problem with the heater was and he needed to buy spare parts, but couldn’t come until Monday. Our stay would end on Monday, meaning we had no hot water for the remainder of the trip. Our trip was 5 days and we had no hot water for 4 days. What a terrible and unbelievable experience!
